When the card arrived it looked cheap and not worth the money I had paid.

Our cards are printed on high quality 324gsm mohawk card stock which is very popular with our customers for a premium greeting card, so we're really sad to hear you didn't enjoy this! If you're able to send a photo over of your card, we'll be able to look into this to check that the print quality was as it should be. Apologies again for any disappointment here.

The notebook that I ordered, although very beautiful, was insubstantial for in excess of £10. I was not good value For money.

Despite the fact that I ordered the birthday card on a Monday for the Wednesday it arrived on the Friday. 2days too late.

Hi Jeanette - thanks very much for your feedback, I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the notebook you ordered. This is advertised on our website as softback, with a 324gsm cover, but we will certainly look into the possibility of offering hardback versions in the future.

I thought for the price of £12 that the book (dachshund) was thin and not really value for the price. I did like the diagram on the front cover thought.

Ordering was very easy, but the product was not what I expected, it was much smaller that that I could have bought in the High St, at a 5th of the cost.

My cards took two weeks to arrive, by which time I had already replaced them, so by the time they arrived they were useless. On a previous order, my card was lost in the post so I had to buy an alternative again. The cards are lovely but I'm not sure I would buy them again

Brilliant cards, but the referral process and the £10 credit is awful. Tried to contact many times, finally got some comms and after trying to feedback to help them they thought I was just after the £10. Eventually said we'll send the £10 credit and never did. Poor show folks.

Really dissapointed in the quality was expecting a hardback cover and the internal pages were not particularly good either.

The service was very quick and a beautiful choice of designs. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the notepads. Only a thin cardboard cover, at £12.99 per book I expected better quality.

Printing was so-so. The dark colour on the proposed design was liable to discolouration if scratched and the edges showed fade where in packaging/handling the dark blue had discoloured. With time sensitivity we had to use them and hope they didn't get worse in the post but this should be reviewed as the current ink/printing is not very resilient.

Ten envelopes short in order, emailed to tell you. no-one got back t me and haven't received envelopes. so over all not happy!

I purchased a photocard and unlike other companies (moongpig etc) where they let you know that your image isn't of high enough quality, Papier don't. My card was printed and was so pixelated that you couldn't decipher faces or features. The image was taken with an iPhone 6 and has printed in good quality as a print elsewhere. I have no idea what Papier do in compressing the image for print on the card, but the quality was really very poor. Disappointing as their designs are much prettier than other companies, but with quality this low, I won't be purchasing again.

Beautifully packaged and exquisite quality and quick delivery however, unfortunately there was one envelope that had been folded and another one of the wrong colour. I'm sure it was a fluke, otherwise great service.

1st order I received (valentines) said my husbands name on the inside but 'Robert' on the outside. It was my fault, but wasn't checked at the time of print or sent a message to check which made it a £5 useless item. But still ultimately my error. However, 3rd order wrong, sent envelope no card. Contacted and sent wrong card. Contacted again and sent card with wrong spelling of my husbands name. Didn't realise it was wrongly spelled until writing it. Checked that time and definitely not my fault. Wouldn't order again despite loving the look and quality of the cards.

My first card I ordered for my sister birthday came printed wrong. There was a large white margin by the fold, I sent a picture to complain and was told a new one would be sent first class, but it arrive a week late! So had to give her the badly printed card
