“I am very happy about how papier works,I am in Ghana and had to get a birthday card for my love one and I found a customized one which I wasn’t sure if they can do it perfectly but she loved the quality and the delivery time was on time. I was worried as it’s my first time they were going to delay but it got to her exactly the time I picked.I will recommend them to anyone around the world. THENK YOU PAPIER.”

“My delivery was fast and the note cards are almost perfect. The issue I have is that the printing information and a QR code run along the side of them, along with the color run, and my order number. This is on both the notecards and the envelopes. It looks unprofessional. In order to actually use them, I'll have to find someone to cut them (and of course, I can't do that with the envelopes). I've reached out to Customer Support to find out why these are like this.”

HI there, thanks so much for your review and I am sorry for any confusion caused! This is the order identifier card and envelope - there should only be one of each per order, then the rest of your cards and envelopes should be produced without this :) I can see my colleague has now resolved this which is great, do let us know if you require any further assistance! “Papier are honestly one of the best company’s I’ve ever ordered stationary from. They have beautiful and unique designs you can personalise to your own preference and the quality makes it worth every penny you spend. I’ve recommended Papier to many of my family and friends who have also ordered from and love what they have received in the post! It’s very quick delivery so you won’t be waiting long either! Not only are their products great, but their customer service is 5* as well. I myself had made a mistake with an order, contacted them and received a response within hours! I spoke to a lovely lady named Steph; she was very caring and understanding towards the matter and wanted to get the issue sorted for me straight away. Although this was my own mistake, they were still willing to help me correct it. This shows how important it is to them that you are happy and satisfied with your designed products. I honestly cannot fault this company and will continue to recommend and buy future journals/ stationary from them. You really won’t be disappointed!”

“I normally am a big fan of Papier product, but this time I ordered two baby photo books and at £80 they came with dark, greenish tinted photos. Completely washed out and muted all the pictures and created a dull, grainy, blurry effect (despite good quality photos!). I hope I can get a refund or a quality reprint, otherwise I don’t see myself coming back as a customer :(”
