“I bought a top from here. Swift despatch. Sadly it was huge. 43” for a medium as opposed to standard 40”. It would be good if fit/sizing was included on website to save the bother of returning. However they were quick to send be a feee returns label. I am awaiting the refund presently as dropped at Hermes dropoff yesterday.”

“It was great finding the exact skateboard that my son was looking for, the only reason I only scored a 4 is because it was shipped by the USPS and took three weeks to arrive, it would have taken longer but I put in a complaint with the post office to get them to get my package moving”

“Original order was running late, and Maria informed that it was actually cancelled by mistake. She also offered a very generous discount, and informed that the item is still available. I ordered again, and item arrived on time, and with a very nice personalised message with the included sticker. Thank you very much all!”

“Happy with 2/3 of the products and ultimately, what matters is customer service, right? The one thing that didn’t turn up (gutted, was a birthday gift) when I told Parade, they very quickly said sorry and refunded the value.”
