“The board arrived very quickly. It did have a couple scratches I wasn’t aware of but that’s fine. Great website, really easy to shop and explore all the skateboards.”

“The experience was great. Though would have been nice to have an invoice right after purchasing on the page to download. Because I had paid for the product but had nothing to show, the confirmation came with mail a day or two later, don’t remember. Just that silence and having no confirmation or anything after paying made me a bit nervous shopping on parade for the first time. Later on I received updates regurarly and everything was smooth. I also subscribed to the newsletter but did not receive and did not find how to apply the discount. Otherwise the selection on parade is amazing, i'm happy to have stumbled on the page and that you ship to estonia too.”

“Took a long time to receive item. Package tracking info was generated shortly after order was placed but then tracking said “USPS awaiting item” for over a week before it began moving. I shop extensively with USPS and I know this means that the package wasn’t prepared and given to USPS. I was cool to wait and I back the Parade business model, just wanted to mention that partner shops should try to be a little better about shipping because in 2020...people just aren’t very patient!”

“It would’ve been a 5/5 but I’m disappointed that the board came in a box without any securing or cushioning. The graphic already had scratches when I took it out. I did however appreciate the magazine freebies and the online catalogue is very extensive”
