Because someone from your company did not declare that I payed shippingcosts, the customs made me pay VAT over the amount of € 120 instead of over the amount of € 41,00 + shippingcosts

Hello Tido, We are very sorry you incurred a charge upon receiving your alltimers hat. Starting with January 1, 2021 all orders placed with UK vendors will be subject to VAT and customs duty. The goods entering GB for supplies to the EU and for supplies from the EU to the UK are treated as an import. The VAT will be charged at the local rate of your country of import for that type of good, plus any commission charged by the shipping company. We understand how frustrating this can be but unfortunately, we have no other option but to comply to this set of rules. Bought a shoe that was a little to big. Out shipping both ways almost makes it not even worth returning. Will definitely stick to local or free return sites moving forward lesson learned.

Bought a pair of Vans Hi-SK8 pros in a size 9 and have received a pair in a size 10, in a box that says size 9, brilliant.. Returns policy is not ideal so I'm wearing thick socks...

Sadly there was little to no value add from buying via Parade. Shipment was quick but when the item delivered was sub standard and I needed to do a return, it wasn’t very efficient and simple. Still no refund.

I can see that your refund was processed today for your order placed on the 21st of December. I would like to inform you that it can take up to 5 working days from the moment we receive the item to refund you and 1-3 days for your funds to be returned to the initial payment method. In this case, your order was delivered on the 22nd of December and was refunded 5 working days after you received it, without taking in consideration the time it took to get it delivered back to us. Items are shipped from various venders. I ordered 2 item on the same day & am yet to receive one of those two items. Lucre Industries did well. The item was ordered on 12-12-20 & received on 12-21-20. The item ordered from Orchard is still in the same city it originated from. With no progress at all. In addition, the items are shipped via regular postal mail.

Hello Erica, We are very sorry about the delays this is due to the extremely high volume of orders USPS has had to deliver and unfortunately caused delays in items arriving on time. I have looked into your order and the Anti Hero Deck was attempted to be delivered today, but USPS is claiming there is an error with the address so have returned it to PAWLING, NY 12564 Post Office. Hi Doris, I'm very sorry you are less than satisfied with your experience. The item you ordered cost £35 and the shipping to get from the UK to USA cost £13 totalling the order to £48. When the pound is exchanged to US Dollars it totals $65 which is why the items cost what they did. I hope this information helps and thank you so much for supporting Parade, it means a lot! The stated shipping arrival dates of items was incorrect. Items' arrival was delayed and shipment tracking information was confusing and inaccurate. Most significantly, the confusion resulted in a re-order of skateboard trucks from another supplier. Bottom line, the original order for trucks was mysteriously missing from the PARADE order, then suddenly they shipped, and now we have an extra set of trucks! Additionally, two skateboard decks' original arrival date 12/10 was missed; as of 12/14 the decks have not been received. The only component parts of the order that was received on time were the wheels.

Hi George, We’re so sorry that your experience with Parade was disappointing and I am hoping we can fix this for you. Upon checking, I can confirm that both of your orders were placed on the 5th of December with standard 3-6 working days delivery. Your wheels were delivered on 10/12/2020. Your trucks and one of the decks ordered, were delivered on 14/12/2020. Taking in consideration the 3-6 working days delivery timeframe, they were all delivered in time. However, unfortunately one of your decks will be arriving late which we can only apologise for. In addition to this, once the items ordered leave the store/s the courier services are responsible for updating the tracker accordingly and although we closely monitor all our orders, there are a very few occasions where inevitably orders might be late due to the high volume of orders.
