I don’t have a problem with the site. My order was damaged I ordered a deawon song revenge skateboard and expecting it to be brand new when I received the item the plastic was peeled off and the board it self had 5 lines going through the bird not messing up the picture but it’s damaged

Y’all gave me a green the theories deck instead of a red one but it was delivered to the right address

Haven't received my package yet, as it's only been a week. But it would've been nice to have received 1) a confirmation email of my purchase and 2)an eta of when to expect purchase. Also, prices are a little on the high side.

Overall ordering and shipping process was great. However, the shoes I received were not the color choice I had ordered. They fit well and are nice, therefore did not go through the return process. But definitely not the color ordered.

yeah apparently one of my items got cancelled and i'm the one who has to do everything, go through the board shop and, contact you guys, etc, just to get my 40 dollars back...

My package came to me almost opened. Thank goodness my board wasn’t ruined or stolen. Whoever is packaging the product needs to do a better job.

I ordered a deck and grip tape and have received the deck but still have no idea if the tape shipped because you did not give me a tracking number or will respond to my messages asking for it. Will not recommend this site to my friends.

Delivery was fine, but the wrong size shoes were sent. Also, no specification on website whether shoes were men's sizes or women's. Also, no specification whether US or UK sizing.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review Parade and our service to you. Sorry that we didn't earn a five-star review in this instance. As a marketplace, there can be occasions when our community of sellers despatch an incorrect item. Although inconvenient and distressing, it happens infrequently, however, each sale is backed by our five-star customer service should issues arise. In regards to your feedback - it's not clear if our sizing is men/women or US/UK. When choosing your footwear size, we prefix the size with US or UK, for example, US9 and UK8. We also have size guides that allow for size conversion across US, UK and European sizes. In some instances, we also convert men's sizing to women for those unisex styles. As to your point on whether our sizing is men's or women's, I do think we can improve the signposting and I will feedback to the team. I am sure we can introduce a label that confirms men, women, kids. It's a good suggestion and something to benefit all Parade customers. We can confirm that DHL despatched your order to an incorrect address, despite you providing it correctly. This is a rare and inconvenient event and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. To rectify your issue, we contacted DHL on your behalf and it was immediately escalated. We're pleased that it was rectified swiftly and your order was delivered with minimal delay - you ordered on the 4th and it was received on the 7th. We're also aware that you contacted DHL and then stayed home to wait for delivery, thus creating further inconvenience.
