Bought a pair of pant and you guys sent the wrong ones and I'm still waiting for you to see if you have the pants I originally ordered first and last time I ever shop with you guys for the amount of money I paid and still didn't get what I had originally ordered.

I can see you placed the order after our Christmas cut-off date so unfortunately delivery of your order would not have been guaranteed before Christmas. I can see the seller packed your order the day it was placed and it shipped the following day but sadly USPS were experiencing some delays due to the high volume of packages being sent over the Christmas period. As Parade is a marketplace and we work with sellers that have physical stores, occasionally an item will sell in-store before an order is fulfilled meaning the seller no longer has it available to ship. When this happens we always try to redirect the order to another store that has the same product available but unfortunately on this occasion, the item was completely sold out across all stores. Ordering was easy and efficient. Package arrived quickly, but the item in the package wasn’t what I ordered. Bummer… The response to my problem was fast and helpful. I did have to return it, but your prompt response in creating the label for the return was great. So your customer service was excellent! Now I will get my refund in the next few days. Thanks!

sould have noticed that i had to pay 38 euro's to inport the order from the uk. when i order something from for example Canada the price on the site includes the inport costs. and they are also not part of the EU I do like the sweater!

Hi Tobias, Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry for any disappointment caused. We inform all customers ordering from within the EU that customs fees will need to be paid. We state this twice before payment is taken. When you enter your payment details, before you click 'complete order' you also have to tick a box stating you understand customs fees need to be paid. An order cannot be processed unless you acknowledge this message. Once again, my apologies if this was not clear enough. I can see you ordered a deck that came with free griptape but unfortunately there is no record for a separate purchase of griptape. Our partner stores on some occasions provide free griptape but this is the standard 9". I was disappointed. The two decks were in a box with no padding and I’m assuming poorly taped because one end arrived opened and both decks had a scratched spot.

They cancelled one item on my order after they shipped the other items. Explanation; not available. Needed all the items. The orders arrived a day later than than max. Even though I paid $25 for shipping.

I have had a look at your order and can see that the trucks were cancelled as they were no longer in stock. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue. The other two items in your order were delivered to you within 3 working days. As Parade is a marketplace, items often ship from different locations which is why there are sometimes multiple shipping costs but this can be avoided by ordering items from the same seller. Hey Barka, thank you for your review. as we are a marketplace and work with a wide range of shops and sellers, you are able to purchase from multiple stores within one order. As your order contained two items from two different stores, you had to pay two lots of shipping as they were despatched from two different locations. I was sent a shirt with a very large stain on it. Customer service has been helpful but the inconvenience of having to return the shirt is the reason for the low rating. However, y’all have always been solid. I just don’t drive, nor do I have access to a printer so returning the shirt will not be an easy task. I was offered 10% return if I decided to keep it, which would add up to $3.60, so also not really convenient.

Unfortunately if there is no way you are able to get to a post office to send the item back to the store and no way you are able to print the free returns label provided, there is no other way we can assist in returning the product. As you previously stated we were able to offer you a free returns label and also a discount for the damage to which we have not received your response. 2 skateboard decks shipped from the UK to the U.S. with no packing materials at all, not even factory shrink-wrap. One deck was badly scratched. With the conversion rate and Shipping, this wasn't a cheap purchase. Won't use Parade again.
