“I ordered trucks using Parade and received the wrong ones through a website mixup. I very promptly received help from Max who was awesome with helping me get a return label and starting the refund process. I would definitely order from Parade again in the future and the customer support was awesome, I was just disappointed with receiving the wrong trucks.”

“Glad they had the deck I wanted. Too bad they shipped it in a box where it was bouncing around. You would think a collector page would understand how to ship a deck correctly and without damage or potential damage!!”

“Thank you for your great customer service , i genuinely appreciate the product that I received and the way it was delivered. I will continue shopping with you until the day that a real skate shop opens near me which I hope will happen sooner rather later as I live 1 hour away from my closest skate shop. I do ask however that you would please consider adding a skate shop from the Atlanta area To help out the skate community in my area so that we could receive products faster and knowing that our money is supporting a local skate shop. In conclusion this was the best experience I have had with shopping for skate gear online. Thank you once again and please thank southside skate shop on my behalf for their work , thanks”
