“I ordered trucks using Parade and received the wrong ones through a website mixup. I very promptly received help from Max who was awesome with helping me get a return label and starting the refund process. I would definitely order from Parade again in the future and the customer support was awesome, I was just disappointed with receiving the wrong trucks.”

“Glad they had the deck I wanted. Too bad they shipped it in a box where it was bouncing around. You would think a collector page would understand how to ship a deck correctly and without damage or potential damage!!”
