“Dear Craig, First of all I am overall very satisfied and à big fan of what you guys do. Neverthleless, two things that might help you (since you ask) : - I was pretty disapointed to find my Quasi board with a scratch on it. From a blade I présume. I would definitely have returned the deck if it was a skateshop in my town. - 2nd : I had to pay 69€ of custom which I Didn't know about. Maybe customers should be warned about that. Have a good one ! Arthur”

Hey Arthur, Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your experience. It does state in our terms and conditions that when ordering from overseas, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. We will definitely look at making this clearer to customers.
