Nicola was very helpful, clear and courteous. We have had almost spotless service from Parcel2Go for many years, delivering boxes nationally and internationally to Europe. Today, bar very minor issues with altering an address on a label (she kept getting it slightly wrong but this may have been miscommunication on my part), the service was good as usual.

Bit nervous about the lack of phone support when something goes wrong, but the online chat operator came through and was really helpful.

Booked through Parcel to Go on Friday for a collection on Monday via Yodel. However they never arrived, turns out they only collect between 7-7pm and as we are a company we are only open 9-5. I used the live chat to rebook the collection and had a really helpful girl named Sammie, it was quick and easy and she rebooked us through UPS for a collection the same day by 5pm. We use Parcel to Go often and have never had a problem before however we will no longer be using Yodel due to their time frames!

Online system fairly simple and intuitive to use. System didn't provide emailed consignment note and required follow up. Wasn't clear whether this was by TNT or P2G, and took me a call to TNT to find out. Live chat help button is quite well buried in the P2G site so took a while to find. Once I was there, the help was fast and effective.

Your collection system needs work if the item has clearly not been collected after the date/time it should be reviewed by yourselves not chased by customers as this leads to issues. I was billed for more than what I chose plus the parcel was never collected. Lucily Nicola was able to assist. Please fix this.

Sammie was very prompt and helpful and sorted out my issue for me. In regards to Parcel2go - find the service good but hard to find live chat if you have an issue as I did today - the email you get from Parcel2go is this "This is unexpected! There appears to be a problem with this label which needs some help to be fixed. Please contact our live help team who will be able to solve this for you and quote P2G29527659. In the meantime, thank you for your booking and our apologies that things haven't gone as smoothly as we'd have hoped so far." but then doesn't tell you how to find our live help team - should be a link to it or something. Also find that tracking rarely works.
