Company wanted to charge me after the price was agreed and parcel sent. Claimed that the shipment was audited and surcharges were applied, as the package was found to be larger or heavier than declared, which has increased the price. Requested a photographic evidence, rather than providing evidence themselves. Wanted £64 pounds more, I paid £17 initially for the parcel. I contacted my bank and stoped future payments to them in case they attempt to take money out of my account and said that I will report them to Trading Standards UK. Also emailed them that "Once a price has been agreed between the trader and consumer it is deemed reasonable and legally binding. I am under no legal obligation to pay further charges. Furthermore; if the trader didn’t want to carry out the service at the agreed price then they should have informed me of this prior to performing to the contract. This would have given me the chance to either agree or decline the amended price". They do not have a leg to stand on in court, and they will never make a court claim.

Had a similar terrible experience as mentioned by other customers. Parcel returned without any indication why, customer services took ages to tell me what was happening until it came to charging me a return fee. Would not use again or recommend to others.

ParcelCompare Are a complete unethical con. Despite me giving measurements and weights from the box and they told me It was incorrect and oversized. They are charging me an additional £60 on top of the previous £60. This company is unethical! The communication with their chatbot “Lewis Enfield” is infuriating. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS…… Im not even calling it a company. Save yourself And go direct to UPS

Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. When I registered the page kept getting my address a bit wrong but this has happened with other companies and drivers always call if they find it confusing. ParcelCompare driver didn’t. I’d waited all day for nothing. Why didn’t they call??? I’ve been directed to a page on their website that doesn’t work. Have I lost £37? If I get reimbursed I’ll post that on here. Fat chance!

AVOID THESE ROBBERS !!! Sent a model RC Plane with these Bandits, the weight was 3 kilos it arrived broken.. the cheeky Bastards had the nerve to say I was 90 kilos overweight Haha a balsa wood plane. They asked for £90.50 for the excess weight. Said they were taking it from my card payment that I used. Pity i cancelled the card after reading negative reviews about them.. Please don't use them it's there way to Rob you.. Should be fully Investigated by th fraud squad..

Extremely disappointed. Used their courier services three times. The first time everything went fine. The second time they missed 2 pickups. I am currently trying to sort out my 3rd pickup and after 4 attempts (so far) the courier didn't do the pickup. One word of advice....STAY AWAY!!

A terrible company with poor ethics. They waste your time and take your money. The fail to deliver a service and should be avoided at all costs. Tanveer Alam of the escalation team is a useless individual. They fraudulently took money from me and failed to deliver goods to our newborn son. I will never use this service again.

Complete nightmare, didn’t return my parcel in tact, refused to pay out on insurance and charged me an extra £220 for weight discrepancy, I’m now nearly £1000 out of pocket! Disgraceful company that should never be trusted or used!

I wish I’d read these reviews - paid £150 for my parcel delivery last night 8/2/22 for fast delivery to the USA 11/2/22. No documents sent to me, numerous emails begging someone to help me, literally the most unhelpful organisation I have ever come across , it’s made me cry. Customer service is a joke and I beg no one to use this company - took my money and couldn’t give a damn what happens to me or my parcel which is still stuck in my kitchen. I’ve approached my bank for a charge back as they have not fulfilled their obligation of the service I paid for - for parcel to be picked up today.

Parcel Compare is the worst carrier I have ever used! My parcels were delivered to a different place around 450 miles away where I was forced to go to complete the customs clearance. Moreover, all my parcels arrived in terrible condition, but Parcel Compare accused me not of using strong enough packaging material. I'm going to take Legal action against that shameless and totally unprofessional carrier. I would not recommend this so-called "carrier". AVOID!

Wish I had read these reviews before using the service. They lost my parcel and will not compensate my for the goods. They instead have given me a ParcelForce credit voucher in case I want them to loose anything else. Plenty of other companies out there - avoid these.

I was charged a surcharge of nearly £400 a month after my package was delivered (the original shipping price being £450). The money was taken straight out of may account with no explanation, when I tried to contact the company, there was no telephone number and none of the forms on their website send, you fill them out and the send button doesn't work. so I have no idea what the surcharge was for. I would never use them again.

Sent a parcel with these scammers but really wish I had read the reviews first! They tried to charge me an extra £110 for an oversized parcel, the measurements I provided were correct. If you read the reviews they try to do this all the time and take money from your card without warning. Luckily I cancelled the card I used before they could take it! Please avoid these are SCAM ARTISTS!! 🚫🚫

I tried to send a package internationally for Christmas. Got it sent back saying I hadn’t attached the correct forms. I requested a refund because they wouldn’t send it then unless I rebooked the delivery. I’ve had nothing now for over a month. I’ve complained via email but still nothing. No phone number to contact either.

My item was delivered smashed they wouldn’t pay out compensation I paid £45 fir delivery with compensation. so Ive lost £350 I paid for the item, they said parcel wasn’t wrapped well enough from seller and now a month later they have taken another £110 out of my account without authorisation saying parcel weight was incorrect, but it was not. How can they get away with this. BEWARE Do not use this company go directly to a shipping supplier. Look at all the reviews disgusting that a company can get away with this and still trade. I will be contacting trading standards and my bank etc. Zero stars.

Awful experience! Don’t touch them with a barge pole- quoted one price (£60) then they claimed it was was 12cm bigger which increased the volumetric weight therefore I owed them an additional £132!! No confirmation requested that I wanted to go ahead just a bill sent and debited ! Complete joke of a company!

Scammers, scammers, scammers. I regret I sent the parcel. It ruined my day and took my money twice in hidden fees. Horrible way to live your life, by ruining others! I don't understand why these companies still exist - parcel compare, UPS, and others. I regret didn't check it first.

Simply because I cannot give 0 stars Last Friday I selected Parcel compare to send a birthday present to Italy, and I paid for next business day delivery using TNT The parcel was collected but I could not track it. It did not arrived on the Monday or the Tuesday. I started a claim, and they were very good at responding. Yesterday, TNT returned my parcel. When I asked for a a refund, I was told I could only get a partial refund, because TNT charges £19.50 for returning the parcel. Apparently, the parcel was returned because I did not stick on the parcel the custom form, as described in the FAQ section. So I paid £19.50 for my parcel to have a trip on the TNT van.

I wish I had read these reviews before booking a delivery. Chose them to get Christmas presents to Australia on time. Sent 8 Dec. 6-9 days quoted. Now 18 Jan no idea where the parcel is as the tracking numbers they provided don’t register on the courier’s website. I’ve sent parcels for years between UK and Australia and this has been the worst experience ever as I have no proper tracking from an identifiable company so can’t track the item myself. Fuming.
