Do check the company before you pay. I paid 77 pounds, no reply confirmation email.
No tracking number.
I tried to find the email address or telephone number, none.
I tried to put information in the contact box, it asked the tracking number.
But remember, no confirmation email, I.e. no tracking number..... 100% scam
I ask my card to refund and I request the Mastercard to blacklist them, I do not want any more victim like me.
Everyone need the shipping service if he finds the shipping company and pay.

“If I could leave no starts that would be my selection. They are impossible to contact! I paid £30 for next day delivery the parcel is still at the depot 8 days later with no update on the tracking. There is no customer service phone number or chat option delays between email responses are days and days between. Avoid at all costs!! Shipment meant to be collected 11th they came the 12th parcel meant to be received the next day! Still nothing.”
“I booked on parcelcompare.com a TNT courier to send important documents to Poland. I paid a lot of money for the service. Letter arrived damaged 14 days later, sent via regular Post Office service. I had to pay £10 duty tax for one page!!!! Because parcelcompare.com didn't post paperwork regarding my letter. No customer service number. Damn scammers, AVOID!!!!!”

“Booked a parcel, it was delivered via UPS. Two weeks later parcel compare sends me invoice to pay MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original costs because "measurements were not correct". Apparently all measurements were wrong: height, width, depth, weight. I asked them why did the curier deliver the parcel if the service booked was incorrect, I asked about proof of the measurements on curier side. Every asnwer I received was "take pictures of the measurements so we can appeal to UPS" - they want me to take the pictures of the parcel that left my house more than a month ago, and was delivered.”

This is a scam operation. I paid £101 to return a shower door and took out the insurance to cover any possible damage. The shower door company received the door in an unsellable condition so I claimed via the insurance. This was their response:

Please accept my sincere apology for your damaged parcel delivery.
It is with regret that I have to inform you as per our terms and conditions of carriage, we are unable to consider claims where the goods have been moved to another location, which means that we are unable to process your claim for you on this occasion."

Do not buy with Parcelcompare. Hermes messed up my delivery and damaged the contents which I had to replace costing me over £50! Hermes even admitted fault, but Parcelcompare refuses to compensate me, using the excuse that I didn't purchase their protection insurance.
This insurance costs more than the cost of the delivery, and when you add that on Royal Mail has got a better price and cover.
It's ridiculous using the insurance excuse when the carrier is CLEARLY at fault, and they admitted so.
Also I had paid for next day delivery and the item arrived over a week late!
Stay away from this company.”

“Total scam as all say...booked a delivery, they generated labels with the wrong address. then had to pay another £7 to correct the labels. The courier didn't turn up despite waiting in all day and they just sent a note saying they did but with no proof. Their website showed as no attempt to collect. Cancelled the delivery and have been charged a cancel fee, Will see if I get my money back at all. And after all that FAR cheaper to go direct to the end courier (if they even actually send anything? Or is this a pure scam?)”

“Avoid - this is a intermediate service, you package effectively goes to their warehouse first to be reviewed BEFORE it is then sent onto a destination.
This generates three issues:
- You are at the mercy of a courier who's responsibility ends once it gets to ParcelCompare's warehouse (this is the quoted price you initially receive)
- ParcelCompare will then send a separate bill (non-quoted) for any additional charges incurred to get the item to it's location including millimeter size or weight differences. THIS IS NOT DISCLOSED TO YOU AS A CUSTOMER.
- For any amendments/cancellations they will charge you, EVEN if the item isn't collected.
I waited two days for my item to be collected and it never happened. The only way for me to resolve was to cancel, and then got charged for it.
This is a fraudulently operating business, they do not DECLARE what part they play in the end-2-end process and are essentially making up reasons to charge you along the way, essentially holding your items hostage. DO NOT give them any cash, bank details, paypal account, they will apply charges without your knowledge and consent. Please READ this!
TLDR: It's a SCAM - RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK”

“People beware of this company I have sent many parcels to the Philippines from the UK. They never arrive on time always 3 to 5 days late. This time I sent 2 boys suits 5 and 9 year old it weighed 1.8 kilos. Took a week to get there even though I paid for 2 to 3 days. Then I was charged an extra £11+ as they said it weighed 3.5 kilos which I paid. So this time I put a claim in for late delivery. Excuse was it needed an x-ray that's why it was late. But none of my parcels have ever arrived on time. But as soon as you put a claim in out comes the excuses so beware people”
“They may be cheap but when it does, putting it right is not going to be easy. My first and ONLY time I used parcelcompare resulted in my item was received by the purchaser in a totally unusable condition.
"Yes we will look into it" they said, provide pictures of the item and the packaging and we will consider a claim. How are you going to explain the condition of the parcel after it has been cut open to remove the item, only to find it no better than scrap.
TO BE FAIR.....customer services were on the ball in replying to my numerous emails. One of them tried the empathy vote saying
" I would feel exactly the same if I was in your position"
Flip side is, as a gesture I had the cost of postage refunded, which to me is a owning of the problem and admitting I had a claim.

Best advice.......stay well clear of this service...wish I had”
