This company is the worst. Basically they stole my package. They picked it up one day late, then no more news form my package. Never got through any more scans and 2 months later after a great time lost on their terrible customer service, they told me it was lost, no insurance no refund, no nothing. This is absolutely the worst experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Pay double with someone else. It will be worth it.

They are a racket and will dupe you. Avoid like COVID. They charged us £192 for a tray that cost £135. They just removed additional£147 saying the wt is wrong. This is what was quoted on the package and they won't say what weight they are now charging us for. They get no stars from us. Don't use tham and you will thanks me later.

This company is a stealing money from customers by fake advertising on ther websites. Stating next day deliveries that are not fulfilled and then they don’t own up to it and try to blame it on you.

Not even 1 star. I paid for two boxes to come from UK to Cyprus I paid nearly £100 for 4kg to come express meaning 3 days. That did not happen, only one box came to Cyprus after 10 days. The other package is still in the UK and they are looking for it. No one to contact only by email and the replies are all automated

Hi, I have been charged an absolute absurd £184.82 for 14.50kg which absolutely ludicrous.  I've attached a picture of the item that was returned, in the picture it shows the NET WEIGHT of the product I had purchased and returned using UPS via your intermediary site. The NET WEIGHT stated for the product is 31kg, I understand that does not include the weight of a box, only its contents. SO HOW ON EARTH DOES A BOX THAT IS 90CMx50CMx50CM WEIGH 14.50KG? AND WHY THE HELL IS THE CHARGE SO RIDICULOUS, THE ORIGINAL PRICE  PAID FOR THE DELIVERY WAS £31.91. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL BE POSTING THIS AS A REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN REVIEW YOUR COMPANY AS I KNOW THAT YOUR COMPANY IS ADDING EXTRA FOR COMISSION AND I FIND THAT ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT AND DISGUSTING. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF ITSELF. SHAME!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They have no customer service number they don’t respond to emails and they take more money out of your bank fraudulently by saying your parcel weighs more than it actually does. I’m fact the amount that they said my parcel weighed I wouldn’t have even been able to pick up which I did when I carried it to the van. I also weighed it on my scales as I’m an antique dealer and send things regularly. They also broke my parcel I sent them all the photos of damage and my packed parcel they informed me that they would not pay out as it was insufficiency packed. Of course they will say that to any claim just Avoid!!!!

I don't usually do reviews but this company is a total scam. My husband lost his wallet while on holiday in Mexico, and the hotel found it but after we had left. I booked a collection via ParcelCompare to get the wallet picked up and delivered to me. I was provided a DHL tracking number and all looked well, until the day of collection came and went and nothing on the tracking had changed. The hotel confirmed the parcel had not been collected. It is impossible to get hold of anyone on the website, the only thing I could find was a link to rebook. 3 times I rebooked and nothing! I decided to cancel the booking and they wanted to charge £6! There was no direction on how or where to complain. I found the "contact us" section and typed in my issue, and pressed send. A convenient pop up window come up sating "confirm your request" but with no button on it! So a very convenient IT glitch (yeah sure) prevented me from sending them any message. So I have no way of contacting them, no way to complain, and no way to get my money back with paying £6. So all in all a very easy £6 they will have made by doing absolutely nothing. That is of course assuming that I will actually get the remainder of my £60 back and they don't charge my card as others have described. AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The parcel was duly collected and was meant to be delivered the following day. It wasn't delivered and I was not notified. It arrived the day after but all was well according to the customer. I wasn't given any credit for the delay in delivery, but then I didn't ask for it. Just over 7 weeks later I was notified by email that they were charging a Large Parcel Surcharge using my card that had been used previously. The surcharge amount was £49.12 and they immediately claimed on my bank account the same day using the card details with security number that I had previously paid with. The original price I had paid was £39.49 and I had applied and paid for online using the formula with measurements and weight etc. They say on their paperwork that all disputes must be made in writing by post and expect 14 days for reply! I spoke to my bank today, having never before disputed a payment and they said it was a bit naughty to take the money as they have done and were raising a dispute on my behalf. I checked what the charge would be today, from UPS who were the carriers they used, and the quotation for next day delivery would be £21.52!!! Wish I had used them originally :-(

Do not use this company. Item not delivered despite paying for next day delivery. Ask me to chat on live chat and there is no such thing as live chat. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.

Scammers. Once parcel is delivered fabricate additional charges and take funds immediately from card details.

Used this sham of a company few months back, oh I wish I’d read these reviews first A common theme has appeared, initially they took my money, the item was picked up by a well known courier service and delivered Great I thought THEN yep bet £100 taken out of my bank account with NO prior warning Chased this up and apparently I hadn’t measured the item correctly! DO NOT USE!! I am not the only one and it is a blatant scam as others have been done too.

Do not trust this company. I sent 4 boxes to Italy and upon arrival, half the clothes had been stolen. The ones that were left had been folded and the packages were re-taped with a different tape to what I used. The company was so useless at investigating anything. There was no compensation. Additionally, even thought I paid the amount to send the boxes, my family had to pay £226 just so that the company could GIVE them the boxes which were already paid for prior. This whole company is a scam and are out to steal valuables.

We arranged a collection of two parcels and paid for the labels to be printed when the courier arrived a day late they could only find one lable wich had 1 of 2 items printed on it so the driver taped the two together to make 1 package,when they arrived at the destination which was another day late ther was a lot of damage we tried to claim on the insurance not for the full value just for the amount to rectify the damage we were told they won't pay because the recipient had not kept the packaging they had kept it and photos were supplied with our original claim then they said it wasn't packaged properly again photos provided then they said it was over weight which it was because the courier had taped 2 boxes together they then said their insurance didn't cover vehicles parts so at that point we gave up now we are getting demanding emails for more money because it was overweight they won't listen or understand the 2 parcels were weight accurately and were paid for as 2 parcels the courier joind the 2 together because they lost one of the labels Be warned this has happened to lots of people using this company

They reported me that the item was damaged on transit, they never delivered the damaged item nor any reports or pictures of the damage. I wrote to they three time they never come back to me, that is why I am taking them to moneyclaim.gov.uk to make a claim, then I will take them to court also I will report this to trading standard. I would never use them again and i will advice you to stay away from this company, they do not have any contact number, you can only email them, any they only reply when they want to.

Everything went wrong since day one. Customer service didn't know where my parcel was. The terms and conditions are not clear. My parcel never reached the destination and I had to pay to get my parcel back. I asked for a refund

My wife sent two canvases to the USA using parcel compare, they arrived and customer was happy HOWEVER parcel compare have now informed my wife that according to them DHL DID AN AUDIT and her weight was wrong ( my wife was post manager at our local post office, she packaged and weighed the item two unframed canvases at 4.5 kilos. Parcelcompare are saying she has to pay extra as DHL audit weighed them at 15 kilos. My wife’s asked for evidence from audit NONE SEEMS TO BE PRODUCED. Parcelcompare have already taken the extra payment and want proof from my wife that the parcel was 4.5 kilos🤔 I am filing a complaint the trading standards, custom & excise, The wife regularly sends these canvases and has never been questioned about weight issues by any other company. I will be speaking to DHL and UPS who also handled the parcel. We will not be using this company again.

My suitcase with my clothing was sent to me in Bali by my daughter. The information provided by Parcel Compare to Indonesian Customs was incorrect. As a consequence it was classed as a commercial consignment. Customs consequently wanted a huge array of information that I could not comply with. Things like packing lists and commercial invoices (plus ten other compliances) that were inappropriate given that it was not a commercial shipment. Parcel Compare did nothing to rectify their error. The suitcase was subsequently destroyed by customs. I had insured it for £2,000 through Parcel Compare. Although the replacement cost is over £3,000. I was toldI couldn’t claim on insurance because I failed to comply with customs protocols. It was a complete “f” up on the part of Parcel Compare and they are now saying case closed despite having agreed to have the suitcase returned

Parcel was ordered via parcelcompare.com but actual carrier was DHL. 2 weeks after collection, DHL was contacted about delayed parcel, they start investigation and 3 weeks later DHL confirmed that parcel is lost. DHL agree to issue a refund of shipping costs and compensation but only to original customer (parcelcompare). Parcelcompare refused to make a refund because 30 days period passed since collection was made. Fact that evidence of parcel loss was confirmed only after 5 weeks after collection is ignored.

Paid for collection and delivery and no one come to pick the parcel up. Tried to get my money back and there is always a error on the page. Complete scam company
