“How is this company still going?!?! Wish I could give no Stars! Told me twice they had attempted delivery but did not.
Then stated it had been left with a neighbour but didn't say which one. After an hour of trying to get through to a person. I was told the number of the house where it was left. Which was a 20 minute walk away from my house. And they weren't even in.
I still don't have my parcel. Disgrace.”
“Firstly I sent a parcel Express 48 that arrived 2 days late, entitling me to claim. I sent an email to claims. They replied giving a reference and my tracking number and a link to claim. Another. You've guessed! First two questions what's your reference and tracking number. The reference number was rejected, it was hyphenated, they don't accept hyphens. Why put one in. Then a few pages about mine and the recipient's details, and when I sent it - IT'S ALL ON MY TRACKING NUMBER. Eventually, 4 pages later I submitted it and it was rejected. I couldn't find out why so contacted chat. All my details again to get through to someone who had no more idea than me. A good way to stop claims. I gave up, I'll never get that hour back, nor this one.”
“The service of Parcelforce is very poor. I still haven't recieved my parcel. I've been waiting for around 5 days and they keep saying that they attempted to deliver the parcel but there is no proof that they did. They didn't ring the doorbell nor did they leave a card to let us know that they were here. This is not the first time and I find this service appauling. I contacted the customer service on the day and they still haven't solved the problem. On the same day, I ordered products and received them from another courier service and they were perfectly on time. However, Parcelforce has failed to do so and is stalling my order.”
“Parcel Force are terrible, Two parcels sent at the same time as Express 24, one took 5 days the other took 10 days, absolutely ridiculous forvwhat should be next day delivery.
Contacted them and they actually don't care as they have been paid and they said you don't get a refund”
“Honestly do not get how this company still exists. Not fit for purpose!! Why do businesses use it? I've NEVER had an easy experience with them, to the point I dread seeing that an item I've ordered has been sent via Parcelfarce.

“I will never use Parcelforce ever again. Completely untrustworthy.
I mailed an extremely sentimental item which never arrived and was tracked to a location and then not traceable. Was then told the item was not covered and this was clear in their terms and conditions. I was clear on the customs form what was contained in the parcel as i had to declare it and was not told it would not be covered. I can accept if the item arrived damaged it would not be covered but for an item to just disappear into thin air and suddenly not be traceable? No way.
This company is way off the mark with their customer service too.”
“Never ever send any parcel with Parcelforce if you don’t want it to be lost! I shipped a camera worth over £1500 to Ireland. It didn’t go through customs so they were supposed to return it back to me. After waiting over 2 months with no response from them, they delivered it to wrong address even though the address was clearly stated on the package. They sent me £100 cheque as a compensation and denied to pay the actual amount of the camera. So I lost £1500. Do not trust them!”
“2 DAYS IN A ROW DRIVER SAID THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO FIND US DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS DETAILS. WE ARE IN A 400 YEAR OLD BUILDING IN A SMALL VILLAGE AND BEING A WELL KNOWN EX PUBLIC HOUSE ARE VERY WELL KNOWN. THEIR DRIVER TRACKING APP SHOWS THAT THE DELIVERY VEHICLE NEVER CAME NEAR THE VILLAGE. I WAITED NEARLY AN HOUR FOR PARCEL-FORCE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE. STAFF UNWILLING/UNABLE TO HELP ME.
INFORMED OUR SUPPLIER (PMT MUSIC) THAT WE REGRET THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER GOODS FROM THEM AGAIN IF THEY CONTINUE TO USE PARCEL-FORCE. (we get daily deliveries without issue via other couriers)”
“I booked on the Parcel Force website and paid extra (double the price!) for a Saturday delivery as my brother's only at home then. No parcel. It was delivered on the Monday so I have been trying to claim a refund if the Saturday supplement. Parcel Force required me to send them proof of the transaction, which they already have on their systems under my reference number! I ended up having to send them a screenshot of their own web records! Utterly ridiculous. And I still haven't had a reply or a refund. Appalling service.”

Terrible no wonder I avoid this courier
Needed my parcel to go in to hospital. When it didn't arrive I looked for it using the tracking number which said delivery was attempted and no one answered which was a lie cause I have a amazon door bell and NO one came. I was told it was waiting to be collected from the local depot which was in another city. I couldn't rearrange delivery as I didn't have a card ....because no one came. When I called up I was told by Shanna she couldn't verify my details as they wasn't on the parcel and she could do nothing to help. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused I told her it was urgent and I needed to get my parcel redelivered and she was thr most unhelpful unbothered person I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of life. To be put through to such an incompetent person after waiting 15mins to get through to someone is appalling.”
“If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE. Absolutely disgusted with the service I have received. On Tuesday I arranged a parcel re delivery (which is my son’s birthday present). The redelivery day was for Wednesday. After waiting in all day as no time frame was specified I called the customer service number at 5pm to confirm delivery. After a 41 minute call I spoke to a lady who stated the parcel had not been sent out for delivery and after explaining I needed it for Friday she assured me she would escalate it to ensure I received it today. At 15.29 today I made a call to track the package, a 25 minute call where AGAIN I was advised the package wasn’t out for delivery. AGAIN I was told it would be escalated and I would receive a call within an hour and half. I called back at 17.00, a 41 minute call to be told that the previous advisor hadn’t processed the earlier request as a priority and on the system there was a depot request to find my order. Called back at 18.14, 46 minute phone call and still could not give me any information or whether my parcel had been located or more importantly whether I would have it for tomorrow for my sons birthday. As it was an expensive present it is the only one I have bought for my sons birthday and now I have had to borrow £500 to buy a present that is similar as the one I purchased is no longer in stock. Either way my son is not going to have a present to open on his birthday as today’s purchase will not be delivered till earliest Monday. 2 days after his birthday. Abysmal customer service, only thing they are 5 stars on is their negligence and incompetence to provide a service they are paid to deliver (along with parcels)!!! Complete cowboys”
“I was waiting on a parcel to be delivered to my address, and suddenly during the given time frame the website updates saying that the driver attempted a delivery but no one was in. I was in!!! No ringing at the bell, no phone calls or messages, no cards left to explain what happened. I called and stayed on the line for 25 minutes, but no one answered. Same thing happened the day after, this time after 20 minutes someone picks up and I'm told that: "the driver was there (he wasn't, because I was at the door and no one came by); No I can't ask him to pass back nor leave the parcel at the local post office (why?? you have that option on the website); if you want it re-delivered on Saturday, when you don't work (mind that it's the second day in a row I'm home from work waiting for the parcel), then it will cost you £12 (are you serious? Why should I pay for your fault?)." UNBELIEVABLE. I will need to take 2 trains to go get it myself from the f*** depot on Saturday because I can't trust a 3rd re-delivery.”
