“I bought 2 pairs at the Wilton shop yesterday. The ladies in the shop were fantastic, the shoes are comfortable and extremely good value. Will buy more shoes from Pavers.”

“I shopped at Springfields on Saturday 18th June, and just wanted to say I was really looked after by a very pleasant young lady (who I believe was called Natalie). She took time to discuss my requirements, and it was wonderful to have such personal service (especially after visiting other shoe shops in the area where I didn’t know where to turn for assistance). I would certainly return to Pavers, when looking for more footwear. Thank you.”

“Promised delivery of shoes but still nothing received have messaged and called left number and Facebook message. No response just need to know for my holiday. Terrible customer service took my money quick!!!”

“Hi I have been buying my trainers in your new shop in gosport which I am very impressed with I have had very good service there especially with a young lady called Emma I find her helpful and very pleasant with a lovely personality She seems to find the time of day to not only find you the best trainers but have the time of day to have a chat with you This makes your shopping much more pleasant I will definitely be looking at your store when all the new lines come in”

“A lady called Karen served me today and I have to say the service was amazing I have problems with my feet and she did everything in her power to find me sandals to fit my feet as I needed them for the weekend. Nothing was a problem.I would like to thank her and say I really appreciated her help.I bought two pairs of sandals thank to yo her and they fit perfect.”

“Phoned Pavers on the 1st of May. Ordered and paid for shoes for my wife’s birthday, which was the 11th of this month. I can get through to order another pair of shoes, but customer care is impossible to contact. The order operator couldn’t help either. My phone bill arrived yesterday, I pay £10 per month to cover calls(landline),but pavers is a premium number. Various emails, ignored. Still no shoes. Will never deal with this firm again.”

“lovely helpful lady served me in the Gates Garden Centre branch in Oakham. Shop nice,airy and well stocked. 2 ladies were serving that day. Both lovely and helpful. Will definitely go back when need more shoes.”

“Loretta boots the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, like a cushion all day. Service good, delivery prompt. My complaint, they are leather boots and the soles are NOT repairable. A reputable shoe repairer told me, not possible due to the moulding. When they are worn down that's it! I returned them to Pavers, and they did willingly refund me. But no explanation, and I'm wondering was I just unlucky, shall I order another pair?”

“I bought my pavers from the new Designer outlet in Cannock today well Anne helped a lot ! I’m not the easiest of customers and that woman had the patience of Job 😂 bless her ! She was backwards and forwards bringing me assortment of trainers and yes I bought some what a friendly lot of staff in there. Price was great too, so pleased cos I’m on holiday next week and I wanted to take some with me! Definitely go again!”

“Visited the new store at MacArthur Glen outlet in Cannock Staffordshire. The ladies that dealt with me were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. I’m a Pavers lover, the footwear is so comfortable & sturdy. Love, love, love them”

“I ordered a pair of trainers 29th March, I have had no correspondence from anyone one as they have still not arrived. I called and emailed last week and they said they would be here by now. Called today and they are lost in transit. They can not send another pair as they are out of stock but still selling them on there site. I have paid for next day delivery. I decided to call and after I was told that royal mail have lost them !!! I've spoken to royal mail and they haven't received them. ??? The lady put the phone down on me. My trainers were £64.00 !!!! So so disappointed 😞”

“Very helpful assistant Julie. Good advice for hubby suffering with plantar fasciitis. Not at all pushy and obviously had knowledge of this condition, we left the shop with a purchase that hopefully will help with this painful condition.thank you”

“Bought a pair of navy shoes for £44.99 at Pavers at Unit 12 Dockside Outlet Centre Chatham ME4 3ED on 10 March 2022. After 3 wearings of the shoes you could see definite wearing on the sides of the moulded sole. I took them back to Pavers and was informed that it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do! Is this the case? That sum of money was considerable for me as I live on pensions and I was very disappointed as Pavers have always given me a very good product in the past. Do not want this published - I just want a response from you.”

“Terrible Service. Two fails deliveries from two separate items. First item "lost in transit", second item sent to replace the first but thats now got a locating error. No communication or updates from company to explain this, only found out though my own contact. This item is a present which they now can't guarantee will get to me on time. Was told there was plenty of stock though.”
