I was told one quote and then you changed it saying I answered a question Wrong whitch I repeated time and time again I had to pay £8 to amend it I have had insurance with you before and never had this trouble

For a start I wouldn't be able to have my trip to america with the prices I was quoted they were scandalous. So happen to find you and happy with what I wanted Thank you.

After finally getting through to PTM I was quoted £143 for one weeks travel insurance for a couple to go to Morocco by a lady with PTM. who, I assume was sitting in a Indian call centre judging by the annoying background chatter, After declining this quote I went online & got insured for £62 with …. PTM ! I think this lady just thought of a figure to give me ! Very disappointed in the initial quote.

It’s a shame that annual policies don’t provide cancellation cover until the policy starts, rather than the date you take out the policy which is how single trip cover works. It means that if you have a holiday booked for later in the year you won’t have cancellation cover unless you start the policy straight away, which shortens the usefulness of annual cover. Maybe an option to start the policy with your holiday and additional gap cover for cancellation would be better.

Took holiday insurance and was very pleased with the price and the cover for my medical conditions. The guy i spoke to was very helpful and sending out my documents in 7 to 10days
