I think I got my problem sorted. Had flu and chest infection flu cleared but still have cough. Wanted to make sure I’d had this as had to get anti biotics from doctor

I have given 5 stars for the service given whilst purchasing the insurance. However, I have just had to cancel my holiday due to my partner being 'unable to fly' due biopsies on her lungs!! I am now awaiting the results of my claim!!!

For medical reasons we've had to cancel a holiday in April d the associated policy. The call took less than 10 minutes, the handler was very professional and polite and the returned premium was in the bank in less than 48 hours. Very impressed. My

Purchase went well but I have been trying to get an email with the policy information on it never arrived. I asked again I was told they would do it, this morning I got an email saying it had been sent it wasn't so still waiting. Now 18.10pm still nothing.

When asking about policy was told could do multi trips for winter sports up to 21 days. When checking as saw on policy actually said 1 trip for winter sports and called paytoomuch and both the operator and their manager said any trips up to 21 days. Asked for this to be confirmed and some time later was told it was only 1 trip. The operator called was very short and said it was my fault as it was on the policy document which can be viewed prior to purchasing the insurance. So what’s the point of customer services in this instance. Now had to get alternative insurance but so will not get it from them.

Very good value, easy to sort out and get an annual cover,. That was last March. I phoned yesterday with a couple of queries. (No long wait, answered almost immediately) and spoke to Senamiale Snegugu. She was utterly delightful, very helpful and patient with me. If all Customer Service department employed people of this calibre, life would be pleasant indeed! Many thanks. Fantastic service.
