“The telephone line was very bad it kept breaking up plus not sure English was first language as she could not spell my husbands middle name took about 4 attempts. Think there was only one member of staff on duty. I had to redial twice so I could speak to salesperson and then to Customer Services. Don’t think I would this company again.”

“Staff speak with a heavy English accent and too fast (speaking from a script?) and therefore garbled. When you query a question asking if you have ever suffered from 'X' condition they reply 'I don't know either and have to consult a colleague. These issues can be easily addressed by proper support and training - at no great cost.”
