“After inputting my details accuratley and receiving my quote. To then find out on reading my confirmation e mail my date of birth wasnt correct I was asked to pay another £33.00 which was an error on your part.not good business practice.”

“Couldn't get travel insurance for pre existing medical conditions. no claims for past ten years with previous insurer they just said they couldn't insure me because I had a chest infection from a cold in January with antibiotics.

“I didn't get the paperwork sent to my email as requested. It was insurance for an elderly relative, which when I rand the operative couldn't find. Told me to email which I did. It wasn't explained to me that the policy was in my name not my relatives. It was sorted out eventually but caused a lot of stress. The first operative wasn't very helpful and the person who sold us the policy wasn't clear about who's name it was in and didn't send the document.”
