“Getting quotes fairly easy & similar to other companies, best price like for like or even better cover for some things, everything straight forward paid online and receive policy documents etc within minutes. Hopefully they will be as good if l need to contact them to make a claim but again hopefully that it won't come to that.”

“The prices are reasonable for travel insurance but the customer service is awful. I would have awarded minus five stars if i could. I have had the misfourtune to have dealt with 3 customer service people in a 2 day period and they were all rude, unprofessional and
disinterested in what they are telling you. One woman (who i could barely understand)was that rude i ended up putting the phone down and ringing again in the hope i was conected with someone else. They all need to be retrained in customer relations. If you want to speak to customers as if they are an inconvenience then get a job at McDonalds”
