“My headphones broke and I had lost the receipt, but they accepted the exchange as they kept the receipt on file. Also they were out of stock so they ordered a new pair to the store, which arrived with 15 hours!”

“I have been a customer a long time I had a pc from them in 2008 and the two occasions I had my pc had to go in it was well dealt with and the staff at knowhow were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful. My pc came back on the 28th march 2015 after they had it for 3 days she is running vista home and she is running like a brand new pc. So don't treat pc world as totally rubbish because when ever I have needed help they have always been there for me”

“I am researching for a camcorder to suit myself and visited my Kingston-upon-Thames branch of P.C.World. I was trying to find some info, when a guy called (I think) Carl, came up to my wife & I, and was particularly help in all aspects. He asked me what was my interest in the use of the camcorder, explained the need, in my view, NOT to have a hardisk or HD. I was particularly interested in the Panasonic (they have a deal for this model of under £200) and did not in my mind, try to sell me anything. I am still doing my research, but I thought this chap was helpfull polite and could not give us enough information. I think this chap needs a pat on the back for service. I will certainly go back to Buy (Not only for a camcorder) Good luck to this chap (I think he may have been the manager or something in a high position. Or he definately needs to be given a high position). Don Jolliffe - Unbeatable.com”

“My wife and I purchased a dvd player from your Leigh Store - I am very particular and like information about products that I am interested in and appreciate good service when I'm buying. I was very impressed by Devon at the Leigh store and felt that, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions whilst adding further information about various products. Before retiring I worked in the Legal profession sometimes dealing with consumer issues- My wife and I were very impressed - You don't often get that kind of service when purchasing these days. Regards”

“I'm in the Crawley branch as I'm writing this and we have been waiting for 34 minutes for assistance and when asked we were directed to one person, to the next. Finally a gentleman has come and offered to assist and is being helpful. Maybe they knew I was writing this review??”
