“My first pedestal came with a small crack on the side. Not a huge deal, but enough where it was noticeable. I called customer service thinking I'd get brushed off, but instead they were very responsive and fast tracked a replacement at no cost. I wasn't expecting that level of service and turnaround time. Happy they lived up to their billing.”
