“I bought a new Cross pen as a birthday present for my wife. The choice was excellent, the prices good compared with other well known outlets. Delivery was fairly quick although it took 3-4 days to arrive. It was well packed and just as described on the website. I would shop here again and recommend”

“Ordered a Waterman fountain pen to complete my set with blue/black ink. Within a few minutes of completing the order I recieved a phone call telling me that they did not have the ink I requested. I chose another and they included extra as a goodwill gesture. The pen arrived by courier a day later. Top service, fair price, quick delivery, cracking customer relations, job done, would shop here again and would recommend to anyone.”

“The pens were exactly what I was looking for, the wrapping in a smart box was well presented as was the sheet of instructions and information. The whole was well packed in a padded envelope and arrived in good order. The delivery was sooner than stated on the advertisement and the pens seem to write well, so all in all a very pleasant shopping experience, thank you , I shall try to use your company for my future needs.”

“Super quick delivery and well packaged. The lamy pen bought for my daughter seems to be really good for her as she a leftie and a left hand nib was chosen, less 'scratchy' and very smooth writing.”
