“Very quick efficient service. I didn't need to correspond as it was a second harness to wear when the original gets dirty/wet. It is very easy to clean”

“The pre-order service was great and Perfect Fit were able to recommend the correct harness for my 8 month old Sprocker. It fits beautifully and I'm sure he enjoys the softness of the straps. It's really usefully to wash only the muddy parts and not the whole harness. I would certainly recommend this product.”

“Harness arrived. They said email them if it was not a perfect fit to get the correct pieces delivered. I have not received a reply or phone call of any sort. Or the pieces I need. Sadly returning due to poor customer service.”

“Our dog loves his harness - really enjoys wearing it and it fits really well and is comfy. When we had a query about how the item had been in use the company responded quickly and helpfully offered an alternative to try. The products are great quality and customer service better than you could hope for. So highly recommend using them.”

“I know that your harnesses are wonderful, which is why I was so happy to win one in a charity raffle in July. Since emailing and sending my and my dog's details, I've heard nothing. I've called on numerous occasions, and each time I've been told that there's no one from that department who was available, but someone would call me back. No one has called. I donated to the same raffle, and honoured my donation. It's incredibly disappointing that a company of your reputation doesn't do the same.”

“We were recommended these harnesses from a local dog trainer. We decided we would get them for all three dogs and not just the puppy. I rang to order as was unsure - the service was excellent and they all fit perfectly! The adaptability of each harness is excellent - which makes them fit perfectly / are comfortable for the dogs and we have the ability to purchase new elements of the harness for the puppy or needed in the future rather than having a I buy a full new harness. First class product and service thank you!”

“So impressed with my pups new harness! As she’s still a puppy I wasn’t sure what size to get her so I got in contact with the team and they suggested what size to get. The harness really does fit perfectly, it came assembled and it is so easy to adjust. Already got my eye on other colours that you can buy separately which is fab!”

“The harness was recommended by my dog trainer so I knew it would be good quality. It’s a little tricky to fit to a lively cocker spaniel until you both get used to it. A couple of the fasteners are a little stiff but I assume these will ease with use. The lead is great even though I made a mistake of ordering the large clip when I think the small one would have sufficed. Great harness and lead highly recommend.”
