“Perfect Fit have been an important part of the success we had in raising Mister,our Working Cocker from when we first brought him home as a puppy to the lovely, well-adjusted adolescent dog we have now. As an anxious new dog-owner, Lucy at Perfect Fit was very reassuring and patient in helping me select the components for Mister's harness. Lucy's personal help and genuine interest were very appreciated as Mister grew and we needed to change components of the harness. The Perfect Fit system is BRILLIANT, and enabled Mister to have a comfortable, secure and well-fitting harness when he was small that allowed him full free range of movement and to adjust gradually as he grew, swapping individual parts at a time. The parts no longer needed sold well on eBay, which is not surprising as the design and manufacture quality of everything we received from PerfectFit is superb. Mister is rambunctious and loves swimming in all manner of water and exploring through snow, ice and rain across many terrains from swamp-like mud to beaches and rocky mountain trails, and Mister's PerfectFit harness takes them all in its stride. I think also it has been a real economy to have the PerfectFit system as the harness parts have grown with him and are of such good quality that I think we would have otherwise had to buy multiple cheap harnesses which would have cost more in the long run. Which probably makes the PerfectFit harness more environmentally sustainable too. When anybody asks me for advice when getting a new puppy, I always say "and make sure you get a PerfectFit harness for them"! Thanks to all at PerfectFit. You've been a great help!”

“The pre-order service was great and Perfect Fit were able to recommend the correct harness for my 8 month old Sprocker. It fits beautifully and I'm sure he enjoys the softness of the straps. It's really usefully to wash only the muddy parts and not the whole harness. I would certainly recommend this product.”

“Harness arrived. They said email them if it was not a perfect fit to get the correct pieces delivered. I have not received a reply or phone call of any sort. Or the pieces I need. Sadly returning due to poor customer service.”

“Our dog loves his harness - really enjoys wearing it and it fits really well and is comfy. When we had a query about how the item had been in use the company responded quickly and helpfully offered an alternative to try. “I know that your harnesses are wonderful, which is why I was so happy to win one in a charity raffle in July. Since emailing and sending my and my dog's details, I've heard nothing. I've called on numerous occasions, and each time I've been told that there's no one from that department who was available, but someone would call me back. No one has called. I donated to the same raffle, and honoured my donation. It's incredibly disappointing that a company of your reputation doesn't do the same.”
