“We have found that PerfectFit harness is a good value, good quality product, especially as you can change the sizing for the 3 separate pieces of the harness as required. We also had an excellent experience with PerfectFit customer services who replaced a part which had become unstitched with no fuss or quibble. They were professional, polite and expediated a replacement which was with us in just a few days.”

“Unfortunately I was unable to get a perfect fit for my dog my reason for giving 5* is the helpfulness of the staff I spoke with them and they sent alternative sizes for me to try again I couldn’t find the perfect fit. I found it all a little difficult so many different pieces quite confusing. I have now returned all the pieces and await my refund.”

“Have ordered a couple of harnesses previously but one of my dogs is now slightly larger around his chest so ordered a slightly larger section of the harness to fit. Replaced the new part and it now fits him perfectly again. Also ordered a new lead for my other dog. Great products with good choice of colour options.”

“Brilliant customer service. Great product their harnesses are -added all round so comfortable for the dogs and no lead material digging in to them. They don't slip so my dog feels completely safe in them. Wouldn't buy anything else now.”

“The email help to choose a size that fit perfectly was absolutely spot on! I'm a dog trainer and pretty fussy about fit, but this harness fits my 8 month Border Collie girl like a glove. So soft and comfy too! THANK YOU!!!”

“Harness is well made and handy to have the different components so that we can get the fit right. Very helpful service and sending a different size to check which fits best. Then we return the one that is surplus.”
