“I needed a replacement chest piece for my Boxers Perfect Fit harness and accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed, received a speedy reply and the correct piece was sent the next day. Excellent personal service and excellent product.”

“Great quality and great customer service as always. Ordered the same as before in a different colour came very quickly. The only harness I can get that fits her. The measurements are very good.”

“Lovely company - very helpful in getting the right fit on my very strang shaped but beautiful Romanian Rescue, great advice and knowledge on how to get the harness to fit and they send out the extras free of charge so you can mix and match to get it right.”

“After trying countless harnesses for our miniature dachshund we finally bit the bullet and followed advice on trying a PerfectFit harness. This is now our second harness. Nothing wrong with the first one, just fancied a colour change and a spare. I would not have anything else now for our dog!”

“Very happy with my puppy's Perfect Fit harness. Originally purchased at 12 weeks after discussion with Jake who recommended the original fit which was fine. Then spoke to him again at 5 months after puppy had grown and he sent on 3 new sized parts which I was able to try on, send photos of puppy wearing it back to him to check the sizing and return the one unused part that was not needed. Very helpful, quick and friendly service. Thank you.”

“I’m SO pleased with my pups new harness. It fits him beautifully and we had unbelievable service. The first complete harness I ordered didn’t fit exactly (my puppy is a bit of an awkward shape!) and after sending a few photos, the company sent me an alternative piece of harness by return post. I was then able to return the original section of harness. I understand as he grows I will be able to replace other sections accordingly if necessary, which is perfect. On top of this, it’s really easy to put on!”

“My dog is a crossing and has a wide girth in comparison to the rest of her body. Therefore a standard harness is often either to small around her body or to wide around her neck. But the Perfect Fit fits perfectly and it doesn't cover too much of her body so she doesn't get to hot in it on warm days. It is also comparitively easy to put on and take off.”

“I bought the 2metre training lead in wine colour to match the harness. I like the feel of it and the fact you can change the length easily to suit. Good quality lead.”

“I LOVE PerfectFit leads - the fleece edges make them so much easier to handle, even when wet. I use the 2m lead because, for me, that length is perfect. Thanks to the multiple "D" rings, I can shorten the lead if necessary or I can use it at full length or I can create a loop handle at one end, so he's got a bit of room to roam and sniff but I'm still in control.”

“I bought a new top piece for my schnauzers perfect fit harness as she came from Rainbow Paws & the harness was in rainbow colours. It was absolutely beautiful & have had many compliments while out on walks. The quality is amazing as you would expect with PerfectFitproducts. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“These are simply the best harnesses out there. My first one is sill going strong and still looks the same after 7 years of usage. My second one bought for my second dog, now a one year old puppy had an issue with a clip. The part was immediately replaced without any charge. So 5* for quality and 5* for customer service!”

“This is the third dog we have fitted with this product, our first pugs with an awkward body shape. We now have a Labrador still growing.With this type of fitted harness we can cater for growth. Product is well made and robust. Our pugs harnesses lasted 8 years.”

“My journey with PerfectFit started 5 months ago when I placed my first order. Communication & shipping were both very good & the harness arrived a few days later. When I fitted it to my dog it was clear that the recommended size didn't work so I contacted customer service for some help. Without hesitation the arranged for a replacement component to be shipped out, free of charge, to fix the problem! Having tried the replacement for a few weeks there was still some gapping no matter how much I adjusted the harness on my dog, so I reached out for some more assistance to see whether there was something else I should be trying. Yet again without any hesitance, they shipped another replacement component completely free of charge. I've spoken to a few different customer service agents, but specifically Rhi & Steph via Instagram, and everyone has been exceptional. Polite, attentive & nothing was ever too much. Even taking away the replacement components being sent free of charge I thoroughly recommend using PerfectFit for the level of expertise & care. A great product proudly backed by superb staff.”
