“Fab new harness for my lab. Beneficial as it doesn’t go over her head, fully adjustable and large buckles to avoid any type of rubbing and plenty of space for front legs.”

“Very happy with having found this 'Which?' recommended company. Previous store bought harness unsuitable so rang Perfect Fit. Friendly chap on the phone knew exactly how to help and what I needed once I explained. Proper customer service, a great relief from faffing about on line. Harness arrived very quickly and was lovely quality, well designed and padded and comfortable, far superior to what weve seen elsewhere. Buy from them and be happy for your dog”

“Love this harness for our Mini Goldendoodle, it fits well, and is washable, but i was a little disappointed that one of the clips failed after 4 months. PerfectFit replaced the section FOC without question, so in all the harness is great, customer service is fabulous, 100% recommend”

“Our old perfect fit hardness had finally had its day, but it did manage an amazing 7 years! So knew we be happy with the new one, and love the rainbow design. Would absolutely recommend.”

“Fantastic customer service as always and great help over the phone with sizing - thank you Gemma. The original harness has grown with my dog from an eight week old pup to her full size now, but I found it was a bit snug over her winter coat. As well as a larger harness piece I also bought the Pacopouch for agility training, I love the flat to the waist design, washable insert (perfect for cheese which meant the previous treat bag needed frequent washing, and secure waist strap.”

“We got our first perfect fit harness for our dog when she was about a year old. We were well pleased with it. Unsurprisingly over three years on it was starting to look a little faded & rubbed in places. We wanted to order another one exactly the same & having had an online chat with a most helpful lady at the company she was able to trace our 2020 order & sizes. New one arrived recently & we are again completely satisfied with the product.”

“I bought my puppy's first harness from this company as my sister has been using them for years and recommended them to me. I can now see why! A fast response to my initial email asking for advice on sizing. Easy website to use for ordering, good choice of designs, fast delivery of the harness and excellent post delivery customer service. Jake was so patient and helpful in making sure the harness was a perfect fit for our little Busby!”

“We approached PerfectFit as we were struggling to find a harness to fit our cockapoo. Initially I was put through to the overflow team where I was assured that I would get a call from the sales team shortly. The call came very promptly and the sales adviser was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the modular ordering process and advised the sizes that he recommended. He assured me that if one of the modules wasn't correct (particularly as by virtue of the mixed breeds, every pup would be different) we could return it for a different size. The harness came on time and we trialled it and as it was a really good fit, didn't have to return it. Having tried several harnesses in the past, which were never quite right, I would recommend trying this company if you are struggling to find a suitable harness. There was also a very useful video and pamphlet as to how to fit the harness.”

“I like PerfectFit as you have 3 pieces for the harness, I was able to just buy one part when my dog grew a little. The staff are really helpful when you ring them for advise and it is easy to exchange if you have ordered the wrong siz.”

“Great customer service. I ordered two harnesses for my tint puppies using their girth measurements, and indeed they are the right size.I love how easy they are to put on and take off, and obviously adjustable to get a perfect fit! Also I love the colours and how soft and cosy the fleece parts are. Excellent product and unbeatable customer service. Many thanks indeed!”

“Really pleased with this harness and lead for our choccy lab. The lead is a good lemgth with both clipped at front and on back of harness, and this defintely keeps us both heading in the same direction more easily. I also use the lead attached just to the harness back for sniffing, relaxed, wandering times. I don't think there's ANY bit of kit that replaces reward based training with your dog, but this harness is a very happy addition.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. The harness I ordered arrived and it just didn't fit my pooch.I was disappointed as she is a rescue and I wanted to start her training with this harness (recommended by an accredited trainer). I didn't fully appreciate that it has 3 sections and you can have different sizes for each so that you get that Perfect Fit. I was sceptical that I would be able to return parts or get parts that would fit. I called Customer Services and waited for the "I'm sorry but you can't return it" but No, to my surprise (& astonishment) they were friendly, very helpful and listened to what I was saying about the fit on my pooch. They asked for more information about her age, weight, girth etc and said they would send out a complete other set with different sizes. I could then mix and match to try to get the best fit. They did indeed send out another one completely free of charge. The only thing they ask is that you pay for postage to return the parts you don't want. I was concerned that the parts I was sending back would have dog hair on so I called them. Once again, they were friendly and helpful and said that they understood this would be the case and that it was perfectly acceptable as long as the items were still in a saleable condition. Once again, this company more than exceeded any expectations I had. I duly found the right fit and returned the parts I didn't need. I was more than happy to pay for the return as it meant I got a harness that is the Perfect Fit for my dog. In this day and age it was an absolute pleasure to do business with this company not something I feel very often. If you are thinking of using them, be assured that they truly do offer a unique customer service experience if you need it. I am writing this wholly independently and have had no other interaction with Perfect Fit other than that mentioned above but I was so taken aback by their excellent customer service that I felt I just had to write a review. I have one very happy "in training" pooch,”
