“I was recommended this harness by a trainer. With so many options it was hard to choose the right for my pup. I used the chat option and spoke to a really friendly agent who walked me through the whole process and recommended the best fit for my needs. Even after it was delivered and it was slightly small, I emailed and spoke to Jake who sent out additional pieces to make sure it was a more customised and comfortable fit. Cannot be happier with the experience that I had”

“A brilliant harness that allows you to mix & match the different elements to find the best fit for your dog. This is the second perfect fit harness I've bought & the team have been so helpful in suggesting sizing & changing one part to get the right fit. Its clear from my dogs demeanour that she finds it comfy & easy to wear.”

“Just amazing, we found about it through our dog behaviourist and it really is a perfect fit. The fact that if it doesn't fit you ask for the spare pieces until you find the right one and then send it back is such a great costumer experience.”

“This is the best harness I've had for my dog, he's a cross breed, so has a deep chest, but is small in other ways. I've always struggled to get a harness that comfortably fits his shape without either being too big on one place and too tight in others. Perfect fit ticks all the boxes. The sales team were patient and helpful, sending me alternative pieces until it was correct. It's a lovely soft, light harness, but also gives me control, when I need it and keeps him safe.”

“I messaged to ask for advice on how to adapt our harness as our puppy is now much larger. Someone replied almost straight away, looked up our previous order and suggested the new part we needed. I ordered and the new part was with us later that week. Fabulous service, great product. Very happy customer.”

“Perfect for our new puppy, we have had one for our two year old border terrier since she was a puppy and have moved up to bigger sized pieces as she has grown, love these harnesses and the advice and support when I asked for help. We have matching leads for note of them too.”

“Ordered a harness and training lead for our new puppy (16 weeks old). The staff were really helpful and happy to answer all my silly questions. Prompt delivery was much appreciated and the products are top quality. Most important thing is Luna is happy with both!”

“Amazing for my pup who is a strong puller. I have spent so much money trying different leads and harnesses including training techniques 😆 this harness and lead does the job and gives me so much more control with him! Super helpful customer service too when I needed help with sizing. Thank you so much 🤩”
