“Bought 2 harnesses unfortunately l ordered the wrong colour for one of my dogs not a problem customer service was excellent promptly dispatched the colour l wanted.Great to be able to talk to someone. The quality of the harness is very good l would highly recommend.”

“These are the only harnesses we’ll put on our dogs (2 Staffy’s). They fit them great, don’t rub or hurt them in any way and when one of them is a little bit pully the double ended ended lead stops it. We can’t recommend these enough and the customer service is awesome 🙂”

“My PerfectFit Harness is a perfect fit. I rang to discuss size as I wasn't too sure and Lucy couldn't have been more helpful and her suggestion was perfect. The Harness is extremely well made easy to fit and my JRT is very comfortable wearing it. Would highly recommend PerfectFit.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. I followed the guide for measuring which was simple & easy to do. Once the harness arrived I emailed photos to customer service for them to check the fit, which is a brilliant service to offer. After I altered as recommended it was perfect for my puppy and can easily altered as she grows. I’d highly recommend and I’m going to order a matching lead”

“These harnesses do exactly what they say on the box ... they are a perfect fit. We have a very reactive dog who is an ongoing process of training and the only problem is he managed to break one of the buckles but we have two of the harnesses now and it makes walking him a lot safer as he definitely cannot escape from them. They are very well made and the process of getting the correct fit is made very easy by the friendly and helpful staff.”

“Very helpful staff. Good old-fashioned proper customer service that is sadly lacking in most companies these days. Good product. Such a good idea being able to mix and match the different parts of the harness to get the right fit.”

“As my dog is just 9 months old I emailed for help with sizing to allow for growth. The advice I was given is a good fit with room adjustment as he continues to grow. Good customer service. Hopefully he won't grow much more, but, I know I can buy bits of the harness and not have to shell out for another full harness.”

Thank you, Sally! Yes, you will be able to just upgrade individual sections of the harness if you need to as he 'bulks out'. If you are unsure of which piece(s) could do with changing up, so just get in touch if you would like any advice on this in the future :)

“I’d heard a lot of good things about the PerfectFit harness so I decided to buy one for my very energetic head strong Springer Spaniel. It fits her really well, is so easy to put on and even better that it doesn’t have to go over her head. Very happy with our purchase.”

“We have used PerfitFit for our working line golden retriever since we got her around 5 months. It really helped initially with her disklike of having things put over her head. It's super easy to use, keep clean and add to when parts need to be replaced. Highly recommend.”

“Have been looking for a long time for the perfect harness for our very sensitive border terrier. The fact that you can mix and match the different parts is genius! Your suggested parts all fit perfectly and Trigger is now a very happy dog!!”

“I was initially uncertain about buying 3 different pieces for a harness. After contacting PerfectFit they were very helpful and after taking my dog's measurements recommended the pieces I needed. Quick delivery and is a perfect fit. What's great is that will change pieces if required until you have the perfect fit for your dog. Oscar hasn't been able to slip out of this harness as he did with other makes which have no chest strap under the dog. Great company and excellent customer service.”

“This is definitely the Ronseal of dog harnesses - it really is a perfect fit! I would absolutely recommend dealing with a really knowledgable retailer or - like I did - be in touch with the head office to get advice on fitting the different sections, which come in varying sizes for different breeds and ages. They really could not have been more helpful, and helped get the perfect fit first time.”

“I am so impressed with the service from the Perfectfit, from start to finish they have been polite, helpful and supportive. I had to ring up for sizing as I have a puppy, the girls were so friendly on the call. After receiving my harness and lead, I had to call back as one of the pieces was too small, again friendly and so helpful, no problems with exchanging the part in fact it arrived first thing the next morning. such a great company.”

“They really are a perfect fit. The three separate pieces mean they can be fitted to your dog for the perfect fit. It also means you can replace individual pieces rather than having to buy completely new harnesses. They aren't restrictive and allow full motion of the front legs and shoulders.”
