“Great harness Clasps a bit stiff but hopefully will ease in time But the harness is good quality and seems very comfortable for my Maltese dog.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. The first harness we received didn't quite fiit Dolly correctly. Steph asked us to send some photos abs then deduced what the issue was. She then sent several other pieces to try and we now have a 'perfect fit'! We are so happy we found this company, so no more ill-fitting harnesses. Very highly recommend.”

“Not only is PerfectFit a great product but the customer service of the company is top notch too! Don't worry if there isn't a retailer near you, they can talk you through the right size for your dog and send different sizes for you to try.”

“We have always bought the PerfectFit harness for our Cavapoo. Excellent quality, easy to fit. Service was exceptional, really helpful to determine right fit, new harness with optional fits arrived the next day, we then chose the right fit & returned the items not needed.”

“Love the fit and softness of this harness for my pup. A dog behaviourist told me about the Perfect Fit Harness as my pup dislikes harnesses that go over his head and this one is perfect.”

“Needed a new lead as mine has been seriously chewed but it is about 5 years' old.Spoke to very helpful lady.Lead came within 2 days and will be kept for "best".”

“I highly recommend Perfectfit fantastic products and incredibly well-made and of amazing quality as well. The customer support is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The website has helpful fitting, and size guides and mini videos to watch and help My dog loves her harness and is comfortable in it and moves great in it which is the most important thing. I will say if you want the next-day delivery make sure you order before 12 noon otherwise it will come the day after the next day but you have still paid the postage for next-day delivery (I learned this the hard way my fault)”

“Tia loves it !! The fitting guide was so helpful, I felt very confident ordering it that it would fit and its perfect. Arrived quickly too. I like that it's adjustable, the padding is soft and doesn't rub her skin. 40mm size is heavy duty and the D ring is strong, with a front attachment also which is useful. Tia is not a standard shaped dog given her breed but this fits so well, spreads the weight well across her chest and body, doesn't pull on her neck. Plus it's nice that she doesn't haven't to put her head through it as it can clip round her.”

“I love this harness, it's the second one I have purchased. We normally use slip leads as we have gun dogs. Archie is now retired so we decided that he should have comfort in his old age. He seems to love it and we love the fact that it doesn't drag over his head and just clips on the sides.”

“Excellent harness strong but comfortable for dog. I have a 50kg boy who is strong on the lead and will lunge sometimes this harness together with the double ended lead is perfect for holding him. Superb customer service”

“How my girl's first Perfect Fit harness has gone missing I don't know but was pleased to find that the fitting details of it were there on the website for me to order a replacement. No doubt number one will turn up now that we have our lovely, bright brand new one but so useful to have two anyhow. Comfy, lots of adjustments and wonderful colours :)”

“Ordered a replacement chest section for my dog's harness (worn out after 3 years of dachshund in mud/sea water/scraping on the ground. Great customer service and quick delivery. As always, recommending to dog owners who have an escape artist!”

“We have been using multiple PerfectFit harnesses over the last 10 years (one for each dog) and they last us years. We don't do it, but we could easily re-use the old harnesses for the next pooch. We were surprised to have a failing clip recently (as we usually find these harnesses to be extremely durable) but the customer support was quick and deliberate about replacing the top when I asked them about it. We live outside the UK but regardless the new top came quickly, well packaged and the problem is solved. I honestly think we will be using PerfectFit for many more years (and dogs!) to come! Would recommend 100/10! Also BIG shout out to Jen at customer support, she was polite, decisive and very quick to respond. If only all customer support could be like this!”
