En plus d'avoir un site internet, ils ont un compte ebay.
J'ai pris contact avec eux via leur annonce sur ebay pour regrouper 2 articles dans le but de ne payer qu'une seule fois les frais de port, j'ai reçu une réponse 2 jours plus tard me disant que ça ne posait aucun problème mais que je devais ajouter "1£/1€"(chez eux 1euro=1£??), j'accèpte et lorsque je viens pour acheter les 2 produits je vois qu'ils les ont augmentés l'un de 7£ et l'autre de 0,40£! Je le signale à la demoiselle (richelle) et elle répond que je fais erreur, que les prix n'ont plus été changer depuis février (alors que dans le descriptif de l'annonce il est indiqué qu'une mise à jours a été faite la veille et on peux même voir quelles sont les informations qui ont étaient changées) et que je confond sûrement avec un autre vendeur ebay!!!!
J'avais eu le réflexe de prendre en photos les 2 annonces 2 jours plus tôt je les lui envoi et là elle se met à jongler avec des explication sans fondement tout en continuant à nié et s'arrête aussi tôt de répondre à mes mails!
Je n'achèterais plus rien chez perfume click!
Alors conseil, surveillez tout et surtout Méfiez-vous de leur site!”

“I bought two bottles of FCUK Connect Him EdT.
Nicely packed and came in a resonable time span.
I love the scent, I'm down to half a bottle of a store bought 50ml.
The box looks original but the scent I received has nothing to do with the original. On first spray they smell similar but very soon when the heart notes are supposed to set in the smell completely different, the base notes are completely lacking.
With the original, two sprays last the whole day and the clothes still carry the scent until I wash them. With the ones I received six to eight sprays and the top notes are gone a couple of hours later. Since there's no heart or base notes the scent is gone.
I did a test on a paper towel, the original has a more or less permanent scent that lasted a week (then i threw it away), the one I received didn't last the night.
I got a claim ticket, but to chance that I might get a refund and might get the postage (£12 from Sweden) back I'll cut my losses and throw them away instead.No point risking to lose even more.
Perfume Click answered to my complain:
" As this product was first launched in 2007 it is very likely it has been reformulated in recent years and this can sometimes lead to a scent appearing to be less strong."
That is what I would call a safe guard from not having to accept my claim.
It shouldn't be sold with with the original name in that case, they should add -"style" to the name so you know it wont smell like the original (and only last a couple of hours).
I know my scents, this is either a copy or a fake.
Perfume Click might be innocent and have received fakes from their distributor. It can't be that hard to figure it out, buy an original and compare them.
Never again, stay away from internet perfume shops or at least Perfume Click.

Got my daughter a bottle for Christmas and after she finished her bottle of perfume she was using she changed over (same scent) it smelled of vinegar, we checked the barcode online and it was five year old and perfume has a shelf life of between three and five years, because she waited to open it they refuse a refund and have tried to fob me off saying the shelf life is at least five years. spend an extra couple of quid and get a decent perfume that's in date, nothing but scammers.”

Ordered before Xmas Dolce & Gabbana pour Femme Intense Gift Pack.
The perfume is definitely missing the very typical small of this perfume. I had it tested on myself many times beforehand in Shops and just loved the smell. The perfume ordered and received was just a huge disappointment. It must be a really cheap remake, can not explain otherwise why the perfume would not have its distinctive smell. The cream that comes with it is even worse, it smells really sour, you can not use it all, unless you want to attract dead fish.
Due to the Christmas period and that I did not open it until Christmas and the fact that I was travelling home for Christmas, I missed the deadline for returning the goods.
So I did send a product review back perfume-click when they sent me a review request, which as ignored by them. And I find it now surprising that there is still no review for this gift set on their website. Surely I must not have been the only one giving a bad review here and nobody else giving a good review here. This can't be a coincidence.
The company sends out cheap remake, so I could not recommend to anybody to use this company.”

When explained to Perfume Click.co.uk They surprisingly did not have any in stock.
I wonder if they ever had it in stock.
They said they would eventually Refund Me after they received There Product Back at my cost.
I'm wondering how many other people received merchandise from them that was not as described.
Will Never use again and will take up with the Ombudsman due to false advertisement.
Being a man would not have noticed the difference but my wife certainly did.

“I bought Chloe from Perfume Click, a scent I have worn for many years and know well. Before I ordered it I emailed the company and asked for confirmation that if I was not happy with the scent I could have a refund (I was a little nervous about buying a perfume on the web). They assured me that I would be refunded if not happy.
When it arrived I immediately knew that it was not right- I have since found out that it was a different version of Chloe? It didn’t smell good and made my skin itch. When I contacted Perfume Click they told me to send it back special delivery which I did- it cost £7. When they received the perfume they said that not only could I not have a refund but that I would have to pay to have it sent back to me.
I understand that it is my mistake that it was a different type of Chloe- although it was not clear on the website and I can see that others have made the same mistake. When I pointed this out I was told that ordinarily they would have no problem refunding me as it is not the product I want BUT that wasn’t possible as there was ‘red marks’ inside the box. I had no idea what these were so I asked for pictures to be sent across.
What made me really angry is that while this conversation was going on I received an email telling me that my perfume had been dispatched. I had not said that I wanted this to happen. I was trying to find out if it would be possible to exchange the perfume for the Chloe that I wanted- even if I needed to pay more. When the perfume arrived I saw the red marks and they were absolutely tiny: like a red pencil had lightly scraped the inside of the box. I do not know where these came from but I do know that the perfume could still be sold and that a box can be replaced. It is clear to me that Perfume Click just wanted me to go away. I have now lost a large amount of money (plus the cost of having it delivered PLUS £7 getting it returned!) and a perfume that I cannot wear. It smells like the Chloe I have always worn mixed with a harsh unpleasant smell. I will NOT be using Perfume Click again!! The person who emailed me was very polite but completely scammed me by sending it back to me without my consent.”
