“I gifted this personalized wooden box to my husband, and he absolutely loves it! The quality of both the wood and the custom artwork is amazing. It’s very affordable and definitely worth the price. I also want to highlight their incredible customer service. My first box arrived cracked, but after sending a quick email with a photo, a replacement arrived within 5 days at no extra cost. I really appreciate the speedy communication and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect gift!”

“Despite a disappointing first encounter with this company, I cannot recommend them more highly. I contacted them about concerns I had about a product purchased and they could not have done more to resolve the issue. Communication was prompt and compassionate and the team really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The outcome was amazing and we have the highest regard forall concerned. Product quality is excellent and we will definitely recommend using Personalised Favours to everyone we know. Thank you so much and may the company go from strength to strength!”

“I bought an engraved set of babies first cutlery it was absolutely beautiful and the lettering of the name absolutely gorgeous. I placed the order and it was delivered within the recommended time frame 10 days. Highly recommended”

“The shot glasses themselves were perfect. However, the shipping and delivery process was aweful. The tracking was confusing at a minimum. The box arrived with one side completely open. It seems so far that non of the glasses were broke and are all there. I would hesitate to order from Personalized Favours again just due to shipping and delivery.”
