I ordered teachers mugs to give them at the end of year. I didn't receive it yet and when I tried to contact them they says once its dispatch from warehouse they can't tract. I even paid for insurance when i paid for postage.

Made an order on 28th Nov and I’ve been contacting multiple times for an update as I have yet to receive tracking number. Tracking number was finally sent on 9th December after contacting them again but there’s no movement from 12th December. Contacted them again on 15th and 16th for an update. Was told they will follow up for me but I did not receive any phone calls and I have to contact personalized favours again. Finally it arrived in Melbourne depot on 16th and stated it will be delivered on 16th. I waited whole day and finally decided to contact the driver only to be told it will be delivered on 17th. My wedding was on the 18th, I was anxiously waiting and went through so much hassle with this order to make sure that it will arrived before the wedding. Finally it arrived around 4-5pm on 17th but I’m missing 7 coasters. I’ve emailed Zarah from personalized favours about the missing order but I did not receive any response at all. I have to say this is a horrible customer service and lack of communication. If I knew this is the service I’m getting and have to go through all the hassle, worries and time to get an update for my order, I would not have order from personalized favours. Please kindly follow up on the 7 missing coasters I have yet to receive, it’s really frustrating to constantly trying to contact the team and yet nothing has been done and no response at all.

Previously was good However on this occasions results are to give a Very poor review The product I purchased 2 weeks ago that was to be delivered this week, I have now been advised is not available. This is a poor standard and disgraceful especially being a birthday present. I will think twice about deciding if I continue with you.

The personalised wine case I ordered as a wedding gift for my friend, with insured shipping came with a dent to the corner of the case. Very disappointing as I will be taking this overseas as gift for the couple.

We have processes in place and try to do everything possible to protect your package however there is always the possibility that a parcel may be damaged during transit as accidents occasionally happen which unfortunately this is out of our control. We will always replace your order free of charge if an order is damaged however the insurance covers the cost of shipping your parcel in the chance of loss or damage. Total lack of customer service understatement. Paying extra fees cancel order is prioritised then having to follow up with Seb order a week after order was placed not priority nor within the timeframe stated on the website. No compensation given other than 10% off my next order assuming that I will order again from you guys. Not good enough

I ordered the picnic table. Twice it was delivered with a large scratch on the front leg. Wasn’t going to try for a third time. Luckily they refunded me. Not sure what goes on with their quality control.

I loved the item however the chosen delivery service threw my item over my fence resulting in the breakage of my $100 order. When I let the company know I hit a bit of a brick wall. Eventually, I was told if I agreed to pay for postage again the order would be redone. Not acceptable and I received a hostile email stating I should have taken out insurance. Looking at how the items were packed I'm not surprised they broke even if they weren't thrown over my fence. I provided evidence via photographs but only after a google review stating the facts did I get an offer of replacement. too late for my event and I will never recommend or order from this company again,

We will always replace orders that are damaged in transit at no cost however reshipping charge is based on what method of shipping customers have purchase being either regular uninsured and insured shipping. Our team follow these policies and procedures, However on this occasion you paid for uninsured shipping and we did reach out and offer to replace your order and incur the cost of shipping. Ordering : Was Good, You have accepted the delivery address . Then i recieved an email asking to pay more for delivery . When i asked to cancel , You cant refund my money. So i am forced to proceed. The item shipped was not the item ordered . That was disappointing. Also there was no sender details on the delivery, the reciever coudnt make who send it. Overall bed experience.

I have had good experiences with this company but unfortunately I had a cheese board delivered it was wrapped by company for present and when opened the board had no engraving. I emailed and have had nothing but they will speak to manager that was nearly two weeks ago. Understand mistakes happen and said that in my email but nothing back from them very disappointed. Could have gone to Kmart and just got a board as that’s what it looked like instead of something nice for my mum was so embarrassed !

Not happy with the product as the back engraving was not what I approved for. I triple checked before approving and still come out wrong. So sad as I was looking forward to gifting as a Xmas present
