Production and oversean delivery was fast, but product quality was very disapointing! Air bubbles in the glass decanter, the wooden box was from a cheap material and was chipped all around. Wont buy again.

Design came printed not in the centre and was wonky but good design and glass quality just wish the writing was centred :)

The item I ordered has changed in design and I don't feel it looks as good as ones I had previously ordered.

I wasn’t impressed when I opened the parcel because “the brides to be”, white sash I ordered was the same fuchsia colour like the bridesmaid sashes.

We are very transparent with all of our product dimensions shown on each of our product listings. The service was quick and accurate however the base of the beer mug was slightly dented and a small scratch on the front of the mug. I'm sure the recipient won't notice but good to let you know.

Wrong items sent out initially however the mistake was corrected quickly. Still waiting on my order to arrive so can't comment on quality but customer service is fantastic

I was really disappointed that you can hardly see the 'couples names' on the cutting board. The ink is so faint or not even present!

The product is good and had the personalised message, however there were none of the personalised names I requested. All of the items were blank where the names were supposed to have been written. I had uploaded the excel list of names as part of the order, but they were all blank.

In general we are content with what we received. Communication internally within the team needs to improve. We found ourselves talking to several people and information getting lost or double ups. Our order received had coasters of varying quality and finishes was inconsistent.

Hi Jamie. I have to say that overall I was disappointed with what I received as my daughters name was spelt incorrect on the cup and the best your company could offer me was to reorder it with a discount price I have done this and a new cup is coming but given it wasn’t really my mistake I feel it should have just been replaced. The product itself is very nice and the engraving was lovely just not what I had asked for

The top of the cheese board was not smooth.. looks like it had not being sanded properly. It was purchased as a wedding gift so I was a bit disappointed on how rough the wood was.

Great outcome but it was quite a journey to get there - the artist didn’t seem to understand the instructions although they were super simple. When I requested a change only 30 seconds after I submitted the approval, it was rejected which was more than disappointing.

To be honest I was quite disappointed on how small the board was. It looks like a $10 board from Kmart with the engraving on it 😢
