Coasters were beautiful and would highly recommend. A great gift as a wedding present for our guests and as personalised it doubled as a stunning place card for our guests. We also got the boxes to present them in but were not happy with them and did not use as we didn’t feel they were up to the standard of the coasters and were also dirty and required cleaning from cardboard cuttings or something similar. Very fast turnaround from ordering and would highly recommend coasters but not individual boxes.

The gift was exactly what I wanted thank you. The service was great. Two things bothered me - firstly my bank details popped into place without me doing anything. This worried me as I'm sure I've never bought anything from you before. Why did this happen? This was followed by an email from Shop calling me Christina. I've also not used Shop before and didn't use it for this either. Now the email from you is calling me Christina, why is that? Buying online is a great way to shop but I'm always careful and on the lookout for abnormalities. These things made me a bit nervous about anymore shopping.

The personalised mug was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures were clear and colourful. My only ask is that I wish the mug was bigger as my husband prefers a large mug for coffee.

I was happy with service you provided it was quick n got what I asked for . Just like to mention if flask can be bit heavy in quality. Increase the price if need to do so but I prefer quality. Overall it was good experience im looking to order another one n please let me know if you can get a better quality flask please thank you

Beautiful gift but the process could be improved. It was a gift but the recipient didn't know who it was from & had to email you for details. I, the purcaser, kept getting emails re the despatch status, but addressed to the recipient.

My item arrived in very poor condition but after I emailed them with photos of the damage, they resolved the issue quickly.
