It still hasn't arrived. There is a delay at Welshpool WA sorting facility. This is not great from Australia Post. My son's 30th was on the 14th, so well past the date now.

The holder for the tongs wasn't connected to anything in the box. It fell out of the box as I opened it, and there is a huge dint in the material on the interior of the box from it not fitting in there properly when they packed it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner, and I now have to apologise to him when I give it to him. Very disappointed. Not the quality, or effort on presentation I was hoping for to be honest

Really unhappy with the quality of the prints on the acrylic. The contrast was completely off and looked awful. My sons skin tone was horrible and my daughters gorgeous blonde hair was orange. I had to stick a photo I had printed over the top of it just so I could gift it for Mother’s Day as I was embarrassed by the quality and I didn’t have time to order anything else. Would think twice ordering from this company again

Look, overall I'm mostly satisfied with the product. The engraving on the decanter and glasses was first class but the logo on the timber box was crooked and the box itself had a few small splits at the margins. This was a gift for a special birthday and meant to be a keepsake so these imperfections were disappointing as the box was the first thing seen upon unwrapping and first impressions are important. The rapid delivery charge also seemed excessive.

Engraving was perfect and communication was easy however I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the cheeseboard. The surrounding decorative edge hasn't been sanded correctly and therefore has splinters poking out around the edges and is very rough to touch - almost flaking onto cheese. Had to really sand it with my corded sander.
