“Customer service was great. The items I bought were beautiful and they arrived quickly. The presentation of the cake knife and server was lovely and the inscription was as described. This is an excellent company from which to buy personalised gifts. Thank you!”

“I odered the Natural Pine Wine and Champagne Box for an anniversary and It looks lovely. It was so easy to order and the writing on the front looks lovely. “Amazing! Could not ask for better service or finished product. Took less then a week for the goods to arrive to regional QLD. Was given proofs to look at before final product was done. Was able to ask questions and got answers so quickly. So happy will be using these guys again!”

“After being scammed by another company I contacted Personalised Favours to supply engraved mugs for our end of rugby season players gift. They were amazing, delivering a fantastic product in a very short turnaround. The customer service was excellent, friendly and easy to work with. The players loved their commemorative mugs.
