“The shot glasses are lovely, and the wine glasses are beautiful as well. Unfortunately, one of the wine glasses arrived broken because they were not packed securely, and two of the organza bags I purchased (one for each shot glass) were missing from my order. That said, I was very impressed with the customer service. After I contacted the company, they responded immediately and rushed out a replacement set of wine glasses. The replacement was packaged much more securely and arrived safely with no issues. They also included four extra organza bags, which was a thoughtful gesture. Luckily, I had insured shipping, and the company handled the situation quickly and professionally. Mistakes can happen, but excellent customer service makes all the difference. Overall, I'm very happy with the products and especially with how promptly and kindly the issue was resolved.”

“So, so happy with my purchase. I purchased a beer tankard for my Grandson. His original mug had all the engraving stuffed up which I didn’t notice at the time it was given to him.
