“My initial order was processed in excellent time however a mistake was made and the order had to be reprocessed. This was done very willingly and speedily and arrived before Christmas so I was very impressed with the service.”

“Personalised Favours have been great regarding finalising my product on time, communication and helpfulness. The only downside is they deliver through Aramex which inexplicably held my order at a location 4h drive from my address for over a week, in the end it wasn't delivered on time for me to gift.”

“After receiving my order in great time - one glass stem was snapped After a little communication back and forth and the urgency I had for a replacement glass due to wedding in 4 days- the replacement glass arrived on the Friday - just in the nic of time”

“Ordered personalised jars for Xmas gifts. They were delivered promptly and extremely well protected from being damaged in transit.I haven't unwrapped them to see the contents but at least they are intact!”
