“Hi Jamie. I have to say that overall I was disappointed with what I received as my daughters name was spelt incorrect on the cup and the best your company could offer me was to reorder it with a discount price I have done this and a new cup is coming but given it wasn’t really my mistake I feel it should have just been replaced. The product itself is very nice and the engraving was lovely just not what I had asked for”

“The top of the cheese board was not smooth.. looks like it had not being sanded properly. It was purchased as a wedding gift so I was a bit disappointed on how rough the wood was.”

“Great outcome but it was quite a journey to get there - the artist didn’t seem to understand the instructions although they were super simple. When I requested a change only 30 seconds after I submitted the approval, it was rejected which was more than disappointing.”
