“I have had good experiences with this company but unfortunately I had a cheese board delivered it was wrapped by company for present and when opened the board had no engraving. I emailed and have had nothing but they will speak to manager that was nearly two weeks ago. Understand mistakes happen and said that in my email but nothing back from them very disappointed. Could have gone to Kmart and just got a board as that’s what it looked like instead of something nice for my mum was so embarrassed !”

“Not happy with the product as the back engraving was not what I approved for. I triple checked before approving and still come out wrong. So sad as I was looking forward to gifting as a Xmas present”
