“Love the Pet Lab products. I have a young puppy who likes peeing inside. The Pet Lab Double Strength Stain & Odour remover is brilliant at cleaning up stains & smell on the carpet & I use the disinfectant as a finishing touch”

“We don't own a dog, however, at times can have 3 at our house, using our artificial turf as their toilet. (kids dogs). There was a time where we couldn't open our front windows due to the stench. It took a couple of goes, but the enzymes work. Have just ordered my second bottles. Thankyou.”

“As a Self-employed, Professional Carpet Cleaner in business for 10 years, I have tried many products that make outrageous claims, so when I saw "Petlab Double Strength Urine Stain & Odour Remover" I was a little skeptical. I gave it a go and I have to admit I was very pleasantly surprised. It did everything they said it does and I was extremely happy with the result,, I have no problem recommending this product and I will most definitely purchase more and use it again,, Great stuff keep up the good work”

“I must begin by saying I’m one of “those” people that are the first to pick up an odor, and sadly have a short connection between bad odor and gag reflex!! So somewhat cautiously I agreed to a companion husky for my disabled son, knowing that the smell could be a problem for me. Like a self fulfilling prophecy, the doggy smell affected me, and I was conflicted, because the husky was doing more good for my son than imagined. So, in desperation did what we do in a crisis, googled the problem, and I seen good reviews from petlab, so chose to go for it, and give it a go. To my surprise and pleasure, the disinfectant killed the problem to such a degree now that I don’t hold my breath to protect my nose picking up doggy odors!! I’m impressed, and gotta say I love that goofball husky too!!!”

“We had a bad case of "stale dog pee" smell on our relatively new carpet . We had tried several solutions and even had professional carpet cleaners in ... we are about at the point of ordering new carpet when I came across Petlab online. Though a little cynical, given the failure of everything else we decided to give it go. The result .... AMAZING ! The carpet smells like new, the stain has gone and I am a total convert and would thoroughly recommend Petlab . Thank you !!”

“I liked the smell but unfortunately it has made bigger stain patches rather then removing the wee stains, so unfortunately I won’t be re purchasing this product. The price I paid for something to only do have of what it claimed is a little disappointing, but like I said the smell was nice.”

Hi Tanya, Thanks so much for your feedback. This is quite a common occurrence, stains can worsen before getting better, as the Enzyme solution works to bring the uric acid crystals to the surface before removing them completely.
