“I purchased the stain and odour remover to try on my couch as my cat had sneakily peed on it. It worked a treat. Saved me spending hundreds of dollars on getting my couch steam cleaned (which I was told won’t remove cat urine anyway) only stains! Thanks PetLab”

“Ordered the double strength urine stain and odour remover. It has been amazing, it is the only product which has cleaned properly, and I have tried all different ones available in stores. Had a problem with one dog marking inside the house, since using pet lab the marking inside has stopped.”

“I purchased the stain & odor remover to treat dog urine stains my new rescue dog made on the carpet. I pre-soaked the areas twice to remove any residual shampoo first and then treated as per your instructions. This has caused the stains to turn a much darker colour and made them even more obvious and the carpet is definitely ruined.”

Hi Cornelia, Thanks for leaving your feedback. As a small Aussie family-owned business we appreciate good and bad feedback, as this helps us grow and improve our product offering. When the stain turns a darker colour this, unfortunately, means there was another product used before using PetLab or the carpet fibers were burnt from the uric acid crystals which are irreversible. To achieve the desired result you may need to try repeat applications and leave the area to air dry for 24-48 hours. This will help the stain get less and less visible. “Being the owner of two small dogs both having separation anxiety They don’t go too far from the house to go to toilet no.1 I’ve tried odour eliminators and disinfectants Honestly I was surprised with the actual elimination of the smell of urine using the neutraliser and the concentrated deodoriser is that lovely my neighbour wanted to know what flowers we had in the garden lol Thank you for making a product that does what it says and I will be replenishing my bottles when empty 10/10 five stars guys”
