“Great Service . Purchased the carpet cleaner and it works well with reducing pet odours and cleaning the carpet. The carpets now have a nice smell not the doggie smell it had.”

“I stumbled across Pet Lab when looking for a proroduct to keep my home fresh of puppy smells. I’ve used two products so far and love them. I love the mint air freshener. My next purchase will be carpet shampoo. I embrace eco friendly products”

“My two dogs love their fake grass area. They use it as their go-to toilet and also for playing and sunbaking. Since I started regularly using Pet Lab's concentrated deodorant and disinfectant every 2 weeks, the urine smell has totally gone. It's a game changer!”

“Absolutely fabulous products. I am using grass to train my puppy and it leaves the grass pads with no smell. The thing I am most excited about is the air freshener. Unlike most brands it has a pleasant smell and is really refreshing rather than overpowering. I will not use anything else from now on.”

“Great carpet cleaner, and urine stain remover..have a syressed cat thats been spraying on carpet and drapes and am very happy with results and added bonus being free from nasty chemicals andis its safe to use around pets and my little grandchildren..”

“I love the cleaning products from PetLab. No other cleaning products have removed the stains AND the smell like thier products have. Unfortunately my dog likes to pee on my bathmat, so I'm always having to wash it. The washing liquid removes the smell completely! I've used a few of Petlabs products and they are all 5-star.”

“Unfortunately does not live up to its hype. The odour & stain remover did not get rid of the smell of fresh cat wee nor did it remove the fresh blood from our timber deck.”

“I moved into a new rental and the carpets were filthy and the smell was putrid, I presume from previous animals and the toilets stunk of old urine,I do also have a rabbit and sometimes the urine smell in his hutch is intense (inside free roaming rabbit) so I thought why not try Petlab and see if this can help. Well it has removed the old urine smell in all room and my rabbit hutch is fresher for longer. Also the fresh scent last a long time. I could recommend this product to anyone struggling with animal or human urine smell/stains in their house.”

“PetLab Healthy Habitat PLUS™ is a game-changer. This cleaner not only gets rid of stains, but it also banishes the odors completely. I was so worried about my mom visiting, but now I know she's safe from any germs and bacterias thanks to this stuff. Plus, it's eco-friendly, so I feel good about using it around the house. “We have a wooden deck on top of a cement slab. Our Lab keeps toileting on there and the smell of pee is horrible when it gets hot. PetLab definitely helps with the smell (my deck now smells like candy) but sadly it hasn’t helped to deter my Lab from using it as a toileting space. However we are going to continue to work with her and love that PetLab has helped with the horrible smell!”

“Great products and service. Have been using their products for 6 years now and can say honestly that we do not have that doggy smell in our home since starting using their products . We have two large spoilt dogs who sleep inside. We even use this in our car to keep it fresh and clean . Just a great If you have a carpet cleaner put a cap full in the water and your carpets will get a good clean and smell much better .”

“I have used 3 Pet Lab products. Outdoor/ turf disinfectant- It works a treat on our artificial grass. Eco laundry liquid - very happy with the results of all of our pet bedding. E.N. zydeco solution to clean & deodorise carpet after an accident- it does a great job with no smells left lingering. I love that Pet Lab does not use harsh chemicals.”
