“Highly recommend this product! Removes odours and thoroughly cleans. My puppy is now toilet trained but I routinely use products to clean floors to remove any ‘doggy’ smell. It’s the best!”

“This is the first time I have used PetLab. I have found it to be an amazing product. It is so easy to use, smells so nice and does the jobs it is supposed to do. My fur baby after an accident on my carpet sniffed around after spraying PetLab and has avoided any more accidents. The smell is so nice, leaves no stain or marks on the carpet. PetLab is easy to use and a wonderful product.”

“Did not remove the cat urine smell from my carpet, used the whole bottle. I thought maybe I would try the concentrated version so emailed twice to ask for the money back guarantee to be deducted from a new order (hoping it will work, this is a lot of trust on my behalf!) Heard nothing, not impressed.”

“Used your product on my puppy toilet training . He did not wee where I sprayed and stop weeding inside!!! Great success! As to my older dog that was spraying on corner of my couch… that’s finished too. Highly recommend this product 👍🏾”

“I have used PetLab products for a few years, starting with the enzyme spray which I used when buying our house that had completely soiled carpets and underlay which had to be removed, the concrete underneath had such a bad smell but after using the spray and then sealing the concrete this completely fixed our issue and the only product I could find on the market like this. I’m also a dog sitter so accidents happen every now and then I always keep a concentrate or ready made spray on hand to clean up messes or use in my carpet shampooer. I also use the laundry detergent but have found it’s best to use in addition to another detergent. I’m very happy with the products and highly recommend for anyone with dogs to have on hand for a non-toxic easy to clean solution.”

“I was a bit skeptical about the door mats but thought I'd give them a go. I noticed within the first day a big reduction in the amount of dirt bought into the house. I highly recommend these mats. Unfortunately on the third day my 10 month old puppy decided to destroy the mat. Little turd she is.”

“I bought both the laundry and the stain and odour remover and honestly can’t find another product worth investing in when it comes to pet cleaning. I’m almost out of my stain remover and usually do a surface clean and put some in my mop the entire house smells clean and fresh. It works amazing to eliminate odour especially with our puppy litters. I have been recommending to all my puppy buyers for a safe cleaning alternative that goes the distance. Well worth the investment to a cleaner smelling home.”

“I have purchased both the PetLab Urine Stain & Odour Remover Ready To Use Formula & the concentrate, & The Healthy Habitat Refill Bundle, The PetLab 2L Eco Carpet Cleaner Shampoo, & the Stain & Odour Refill Bundle, and the results of all of these have been absolutely incredible! The urine remover spray totally removed all smell and urine from the carpet, on both new stains and old stains. After a few applications as per instructions on the old stain, and only one required on the new one- the stain was totally clean. After a few days, I then used the Carpet Shampoo in my Bissell carpet shampooer, and it was remarkable! It lifted all the dirt, and removed so much pet hair from the carpet- My carpet smells amazing and fresh! The team at PetLab have been so inredibly helpful with all my email enquiries, with my questions about how best to use the urine stain remover. I am so glad I discovered Pet Lab, and will be definately purchasing more in future! A+++ products and service- thank you team !! -Michelle .”
