“Not 100% convinced yet. Read all the reviews and thought it would be great. Dog still peeing in same spots. Only that I have had time off and am being more vigilant with taking dog outside.”

“First time using these products and they are fantastic! We are first time dog owners and had no idea about that urine smell from our puppy. I had tried a mixture of vinegar, baking powder and water but it didn't help at all. So thought I'd try these products. We are extremely happy with them and they smell really good. Our friends noticed the difference in the smell too. I even recommended your products to my sister in law in NZ. Thank you”

“The Pet Lab urine and odour spray was AMAZING! Used it on carpet in own new house (Puppy was not used to carpet and found it very attractive). It worked brilliantly. Repurchasing!”

“We just got our sweet little Smooch (Bernedoodle) and as amazing as she is in getting to potty on her fake grass mats there are naturally mishaps. I ordered Petlabs enzyme solution before she even arrived in preparation for this and it is now our official go to for all of her accidents! So far it has worked a treat on all areas. Will definitely be reordering in bulk this time. We also got the artificial grass disinfectant too and again super happy with the product. Will be taking both supersized. 😝🫣”

“Great product, eliminates odours and stains just as they advertise, only thing it doesn't do is discourage cats from going back to the same spot and re-marking. So I am having to re-treat constantly since the cats just keep going back and doing it again. I've ordered another big lot though as it does smell amazing and it completely gets the cat urine smell out of everything.”

“After trying another off-the-shelf product which was a waste of time and money, PatLab solution actually worked!! The cat urin smell is now almost completely gone from the skirting board and I can't tell you how happy I am about it.”

“We have purchased several PetLab products, including the enzyme cleaner, deodorant, laundry detergent & the concentrated enzyme cleaner. All of the products have been fantastic in terms of cleaning up dog & cat messes as well as getting rid of the smell from urine. Will definitely continue to purchase these products!”

It is important to note PetLab is primarily a urine stain & odour remover, formulated to break down and remove the odour causing uric acid crystals permanently. It was not formulated to repel or deter animals. By effectively eliminating the odour causing urine crystals from the affected area, our solution helps to diminish the attraction for animals to revisit the same spot. Hopefully this makes more sense. “After receiving the E.N.Zyme stain and odour remover I sprayed where my 20wk old pup had had accidents in the house and now for the past 2 nights he has gone outside to his toilet area. No accidents at all since spraying the solution so it has obviously removed any lingering odours. Other cleaners clearly did not as he always returned to the same couple of areas in the house. I don't know how it worked but its fantastic, thank you Pet Lab.”
