“Pets Best has been a great value to us with our 2 dogs. Process to file everyday/normal claims is easy, explanation of benefits and payment of claims is timely, and peace of mind to care for our dogs should a major illness arise is worth having this coverage!”

“Pets Best has provided a level of security and peace of mind for my family. They have come through on some hefty and unexpected vet visits. “I’ve been a Pets Best customer since 2008. I like the ease of online claims filing and the option to be reimbursed by Direct Deposit. Unfortunately the wait times to speak to a Cust Service rep have been extremely long (often 20+ minutes)”
