“I’ve been a Pets Best customer since 2008. I like the ease of online claims filing and the option to be reimbursed by Direct Deposit. Unfortunately the wait times to speak to a Cust Service rep have been extremely long (often 20+ minutes)”

“It takes research and awareness of your and your pet's situation. With the right care to the process, Pets Best is excellent. Get an appropriate, realistic deductible and include the wellness benefit. A number of regular treatments you will want to give your dog are reasonably covered and you can recover a significant share of the total premium as long as you can avoid major accidents. And if you have the misfortune that your pet becomes seriously ill or injured, the coverage will be a blessing.”
