“I trust my pet dog to Pets best insurance as they gave a fair review to my dog’s veterinary bill after a recent surgery. Being able to have an insurance that helps with the bills gives a certain sense of peace knowing that you’ll get reimbursed in a fair and decent amount of time. Thank you Pet best.”

“we've had this insurance for a total of 5 months and have submitted numerous claims, some of which the vet deemed very serious only to have the claim denied, yes they did help with 1 or 2 but for the majority no help. I personally will not re-up again.”

“Took me 5 submission of receipts to learn that neutering wasn't covered under the wellness plan. Our spay for our other puppy was covered two years ago and was unaware of this change in policy. Plan to cancel my policy as frankly it's not worth the hassle for what little is covered.”
