“I've used Pets Best for 3 years now and they are amazing. I purchased an English Mastiff puppy and knew his vet bills would be costly so not getting pet insurance wasn't even an option The last couple weeks I added my three cats to our policy as well. The review and send out your EOB very quickly and are excellent at answering questions and never leave you hanging. There are no loop holes or tips and tricks. What you see is what you get with PetsBest.”

“This is our 3rd dog but first time getting pet insurance. We did a ton of research and compared a lot of plans when we signed up as we wanted to make sure we knew the coverage and got the features we wanted. Pet’s Best has a lot of flexibility in their options for coverage to meet your needs and the prices were extremely competitive. We have a new puppy and signed up for wellness and made a claim after our first visit and it was very easy to do. We were reimbursed within a few days right to our checking account. We have been happy so far with their customer service and online portal as well.”

“I have been with PetsBest for almost ten years. They are a great company and I refer anyone that has a pet. They are fair and do not try to get out of reimbursing for claims. I have a few friends that have missed “the fine print writing” and get a number of their claims denied from other companies. I am very grateful that has not been my experience with PetsBest.”

“Great company. Paid our rather large bills for both Linus & Fiona right to the end. Hard writing this, as I miss both so very much. There quick and courteous service showed they truly care. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Doesn't take long too run up thousands in vet bills.”

“I have 2 pets with this insurance carrier. I love Pets Best and recommend them to everyone who does not have insurance on their four legged best friend. Upon submitting the invoice to them I always hear from them through the entire process. When they receive it you get an email, when reviewed you get an email, when decision has been made on the claim usually within 5-7 days you get an email defining how it will be paid and your deductable. Very easy, simple, and exactly what I wanted for my pet insurance. It is worth every penny and actually affordable.”

“I used to like this insurance company until they doubled my premium this year. My pet is 5 years old and has no health issues. He receives preventative care and this place wants to charge me as much as pay for my homeowners’ insurance. Complete joke! I’m cancelling. It’s just another insurance company taking advantage of people.”

“Read your contract - I thought the deductable would cover most of my annual wellness visit, and it only covered $30. Every year the insurance has gone up, and now I pay $150.00 each month for a healthy dog who is pushing 10 years old.”
